Pros: Old beautiful building right on the loch. Perfectly spotlessly clean at walking distance to local town.

An unique place to stay

Pros: Our apartment was quirky, but absolutely perfect. Spacious, very well equipped, beautiful - we loved it. Highland Club is an extraordinary place to stay - the beautiful park with old trees and playground, direct access to Loch Ness, the pool in the former chapel - it's beyond gorgeous. Slots at the pool have to be pre-booked, which makes absolute sense - otherwise it would be too crowded. Everything seems well thought of.

Cons: Only thing worth mentioning is that the doors are really heavy and can't be held open. We wanted to be able to hear the kids in case they needed us at night, so we blocked them as well as possible, but sometimes they would slam shut. No biggie and definitely manageable ;-)

A lovely stay on Lochness

Pros: Roomy, comfortable apartment in a beautiful old abbey right on Lochness. Great kitchen, dining and large lounge room . Beautiful quality linen on the beds. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. A 2 minute walk into a cute town with numerous resturants and right near the lochness tour boats. Only negative was finding reception Its was not near the first parking lot even though it was signposted as such. Best to have your phone ready to ring.

Pros: Spacious, fixtures and towels good quality inc toiletries. Overall a very good accommodation and the staff responded efficiently to our queries

Cons: The 2nd bedroom had no storage for clothes, no mirror and no dressing table. The screen and dvds was where the double bed was in the 2nd bedroom, so 4 adults couldn't watch the screen. Only 4 dinner plates and not enough knives and forks.

Wished we stayed much longer! Most relaxing part of our trip.

Pros: Spacious - plenty of room for everyone to spread out. exceptionally clean, beautiful touches for Christmas with tree and fairy lights etc. Easy entry near parking with only a few steps.

Pros: Amazing unique place to stay, extremely well renovated while still keeping so much of the original Abbey. It's a must. The apartment was absolutely huge!! Pictures don't do it justice. Stayed in The classrooms.

Pros: The location and appearance of the Abbey was excellent. The rooms themselves were very modern and luxurious. Cooking and washing facilities excellent and having two bathrooms kept the family happy.
