Pros: Beautiful home stay. It is a beautiful, clean and cozy home. The rooms were clean and modern. They looks like newly renovated. It made our stay very comfortable, just like home. The host, Kerensa, is kind and nice even we arrived late and we disturbed her quiet night. She prepared us an excellent and yummy breakfast. It made a good start of our day to John O Groats. This was the best stay and place during our Scotland trip. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Pros: The location is 5mins walk from the cntr. The hostess is very friendly and strives to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and well prepared. The stay was very plesant and relaxed, we would definetly use again.

Beautiful accommodation

Pros: Everything! Such a friendly and kind host, property is cleaned to a very high standard and very comfortable! Breakfast was great. Easy to find and the location was fantastic for having a walk round the little town.

Home from home bed and breakfast

Pros: Kerensa is an excellent host. Her house is absolutely spotless! My superking room was lovely and very comfortable. The towels OMG are fantastic, and the sheets and duvet are the very best quality. Breakfast was superb. Homemade soda bread, lightly cooked eggs, and yoghurt and fresh berries. Perfect! I'd highly recommend staying here. You will get superb accommodation at a very reasonable price.

Great little B\u0026B

Pros: Great Location, only a five minute walk into the town centre. The room was spotless and a great shower with nice products! Breakfast was great, nothing was too much and all local fresh produce

Pros: The location was fine for our needs. I had visited Dornoch previously and wanted to explore a bit more of the area with my partner. No.1 Dornoch was perfect for our needs. The host was very welcoming and obliging and we really appreciated her lovely home. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was superb with an excellent choice on offer.

Cons: Nothing - everything about our stay was great.

High end hospitality to end our trip on a high!!

Pros: We were really impressed with so much about our stay at No1. Dornoch: Kerensa provides hospitality at its very best. Parking space and short stroll into town; Beautiful room with very comfortable, extra large bed, big shower, and every detail carefully attended to. Cooked Breakfast superb and lots of choice to go alongside. Kerensa is so welcoming, kind, warm and friendly - she made our stay really interesting and helpful. We can’t recommend this accommodation highly enough.

Pros: Place is spotlessly clean attention to detail is exceptional and the Host is so nice and the breakfast is brilliant 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all round.

Cons: As the nights are getting shorter maybe a tv 📺 in the room would be nice.
