Really like the cottage and would stay again if traveling to the area.

Pros: Charm. Individuality and personality. A little history of the original Wee Blondie was enjoyable. The owners were very responsive .

Cons: Information booklet needed some more practical things.eg: tv operating instructions. Central heating control info. Some basics needed in kitchen…..there was salt and some tea bags, that was it.

Pros: Decent location for Aviemore itself and as a base to explore the wider area. It's big enough for a group of friends to socialise but not be in each others way. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Cosy, pleasant property. Welcoming hosts and ideal for a few days in Aviemore

Pros: Great location for Aviemore and plenty of space for the family. Having a sauna is a great addition.

Cons: The trains are noisy when they come past, which isn’t ideal with small children at bed times

Enjoyable stay in a cosy house, in a beautiful part of the world, loved the sauna

Pros: Sauna, cosy lounge, decent beds, TV, helpful host. Close proximity to Aviemore and surroundings.

Cons: Kitchen was a little shabby and dirty in places. Bit loud next to train line. Limited windows/views.

Pros: EVERYTHING - the cottage is so cozy and welcoming with fabby decor/furnishings and nice to read about 'wee blondie' origins and see photos. Loved the welcome food pack with either dining space inside/outside or round a log fire in the undercover patio to enjoy food drinks.

Superbe séjour dans un joli cottage!

Pros: Très beau cottage bien décoré! Spacieux, propre et confortable. On avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait. Très bon emplacement aussi. Nous y sommes restés avec nos 2 jeunes enfants 3 jours et c'était parfait. Lits confortables et j'ai beaucoup aimé la douche. Les enfants ont aimé les trains qui passait!! Nous recommandons!

Cons: Si j'avais un petit commentaire/ suggestion, il pourrait être bien de sécuriser le lit du haut de la chambre d'enfants avec des barreaux supplémentaires pour plus de sécurité pour les petits enfants.
