Excellent value for money, great choices for continental breakfast and lovely staff

Pros: Gorgeous room absolutely loved the shower. Great location for our needs and apart from a very loud noise at the back of 5 in the morning it was very quiet. Staff were lovely both mornings and the breakfast was perfect for our needs. Thank you for a lovely break it was long overdue.

Cons: Bed was a bit small and our room was on a slight slant which felt weird lol

Pros: Our room was well equipped, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet with a wide range of good quality items.

Cons: Referring to the breakfast as Continental Breakfast could lead to a little disappointment as breakfast on the continent generally includes cheese, cold meats and eggs. None of those were on offer, however what was on offer was plentiful and very good. WiFi was patchy. Even at \t2am in an almost empty hotel, sites were reporting poor connections and failing to load. These were simple, straightforward sites such as the weather forecast or news sites. Those pages would normally open instantly elsewhere.

Pros: We are delighted with the room, it has everything you need, it is very clean, the renovation is excellent, the staff is super.

Comfortable room close to amenities. Restaurant, train station and supermarket all within a few minutes walk

Pros: Extremely comfortable and spotless room. Modern ensuite. Powerful shower. Large screen TV. Tea, coffee making facilities. Selection of cereal, breads for self service continental breakfast.

A fantastic start to our adventure

Pros: The room was welcoming, comfortable and you felt able to easily settle as things were clean and attractively presented. The bed was very comfortable with good qaulity linen and the easy chairs gave you somewhere comfortable to relax. The breakfast room was well set out with a everything beautifully presented - real attention to detail had been given to elevate the experince. Therer was a wide selection of options to cater for all tastes. A much nicer stay than a hotel.

Pros: A beautifully presented property. Spotlessly clean and lovely decor. A simple self-check-in process and a fabulous continental breakfast.

Pros: Loved the decore and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Lovely breakfast just right after several full Scottish breakfasts. Lovely fresh fruit and pastries.

Cons: Nothing negative to say about the whole experience

A Very Comfortable Guest House

Pros: The guest house was spotless and the rooms we had spacious and comfortable. Bathroom equally so with good toiletries, good sized towells and a hot powerful shower. We really enjoyed our stay. There are good local restuarants for an evening meal and breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. It is all self-service with someone to keep things stocked on shelves and so there was no cooked offer.

Pros: Lovely old house, beautifully decorated, very clean , great continental breakfast. Very convenient for local restaurants.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and tasty. Very friendly lady( sorry can’t remember her name) who looked after us at breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in Tain and recommend to others.
