Lovely 2 bedroom apt in Ballater on the River Dee

Central location, exceptionally clean, well-equipped - great for families

Pros: Exceptionally clean and organised apartment. Plenty of space, easy parking, clear instructions on arrival. Lovely location in Ballater town.

Cons: The toilet didn't always flush easily but that is a tiny gripe - it was a lovely and well-equipped apartment. Maybe it is slightly unclear as reads as being on the river, which the building is even though the flat is town facing - but this really wasn't an issue for us at all! We loved it

Excellent visit Ballater at least once a year and will definitely use No20 again if available.

Pros: Very clean and well maintained. Central to all shops,eateries and walks. Apartment very comfortable with everything you could need.

Cons: No complaints at all

We enjoyed our 4 day visit in the flat which was in a great location . location

Pros: Great location, ground floor flat, 2 bathrooms-one with a walk-in shower. Comfortable sofa and bed.

Cons: No freezer or ice box section in fridge. Would have preferred a proper table rather than a gate leg one. The towels were very thin and poor quality. No blinds in main bedroom. Couldn’t use the allocated parking place in the covered area as there was a large wooden pallet in the middle of it.

We really liked the flat and its location

Pros: It was warm, very comfortable with good storage in the bedrooms and had almost everything we needed

Cons: It would have been nice to have a small welcome pack, eg milk. Also it should be put in the description there is no freezer as we bring a fair amount of frozen food with us. However, a solution was found.

Pros: Warm, clean, good wifi, very responsive host, excellent location, well-equipped

Cons: Nothing negative. Perhaps would prefer a later check out and earlier check in, but very minor aspect
