Pros: It’s very near center of town(5 min walk). It’s a large house, many rooms, nice garden, clean and well supplied!

Cons: The house can be very cold in wintertime and it takes a while to warm up. The kitchen is a bit overcomplicated, but we figured it out eventually ;)

Pros: Great location in Braemar, enclosed garden, dog friendly for responsible owners, kitchen was well supplied with everything you need for cooking Christmas dinner for a large group! Very cosy and warm, loved the wood stove and large kitchen diner. Lovely and quiet , next door to some great pubs and fife arms, forest walking circuits 2 mins away

Cons: N/a

Lovely house, warm and cozy, nicely fitted out.

Pros: Lovely and warm, nice bathrooms, spacious and easy for a large number of us to be eating and relaxing together.

Cons: It was a bit off putting to find it was for sale when we arrived - we worried about what would have happened it had been sold before our stay dates. Many of the lightbulbs weren’t working, which made some corners a bit dingy. Also it was a bit short on crockery for 7 people which meant we had to wash up rather than use the dishwasher.

Very enjoyable stay in this clean and well furnished large accommodation, perfect for our family gathering and in a stun

Pros: The accommodation was a really good size. Very well equipped and very comfortable, it really was a home from home. Also loved the location and the fact the dogs could stay…and the woodland walk was just down the road from the accommodation.

Cons: I guess it wasn’t the most appealing property from the outside but the inside made up for it and was lovely.

We had a hassle-free, relaxing, stay with amazing Scottish Highland senary.

Pros: The location was close to the town’s amenities but not too close, so there was no hustle and bustle leading to a relaxing stay when at the accommodation. Milne's Brae was large enough for our two families, even allowing for a bit of private space. Milne's Brae was hassle free, allowing use to focus on having a good break.

Cons: There were not much local grocery options in Braemar, and many local shops only started opening for business on Wednesday. So, while you can have a good tranquil stay, at the start of the week there are not many local treats and shop-browsing without travelling. It was not a problem, but worth planning around.
