Spacious 2 Bedroom Flat in heart of Ballater

Pros: The property is perfectly located for local walks and access to the village. The neighbourhood is very quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. We loved that the host had the heating turned on for us as the weather was cold! Would highly recommend a stay here to explore Ballater, Balmoral and Braemar

Pros: Ground Floor apartment ideal for elderly members of family. Close proximity to centre of town was perfect.

Cons: Would have liked more pillows but everything else was abundant and good quality

Home from home in the beautiful village of Ballater

Pros: The accompanying very spacious. This is not apparent in the photos. It was spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable. The heating kept the whole property lovely and cosy. Even the outdoor space was lovely.

Cons: There was nothing negative.

We had a good time and all in all we would use this accommodation again

Pros: Nice spacious bright comfortable and close to amenities

Cons: A bit picky I guess, but I didn’t like that we had to strip the beds and empty any rubbish bins we had used!

Fabulous flat...

Pros: Loved absolutely everything about the flat and its location. Great base for hillwalking, low-level walking, and much more. Visited Drum Castle \u0026 Gardens, one of several sites in the area looked after by the National Trust for Scotland.

Pros: The flat is big and spacious and has everything you need. A home from home. perfect location for visiting the area and some superb hikes.

Pros: Had everything you needed if you wanted to self cater but we walked into the village to try restaurants easily. Ballater is a lovely village with beautiful scenery. The property is close to everything. House was warm and comfortable.

Cons: Everything was clean and comfortable. Only one bathroom but we had no issues sharing.

Definitely do it again sometime.

Pros: Lovely house, nice and clean, everything you need is there. The rooms are all large with plenty of storage.

Comfortable, well equipped and spacious apartment

Pros: We had a lovely stay in Ballater. First of all, the flat is so spacious which isn’t apparent in the photos. It is also lovely and warm - the heating works very well. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding and towels good quality. The kitchen is very well equipped and it all works well! Finally, it is in a great location, a very short walk to the town centre, ie, 3 minutes! Off road parking in the drive is also a great bonus.

Cons: Nothing! It is a lovely apartment and we will stay there again when we visit the area.

Pros: The property was immaculate and very cosy. Whilst on a main road it was very quiet.
