Lodge in a lovely location with scope for some improvements

Pros: Very peaceful location. Centrally located in the highlands. Large oven.

Cons: Cleaning seemed to be unfinished (tub with dirty water and sponges was awaiting us at arrival). Restaurant was closed. Kitchen was in general good, but with some strange and annoying defects (no cutting board, light over stove broken, no dishwashing tablets in designated space, only small cooking pots). Given the rate of about 200 pounds per night and the closed restaurant, I don’t expect these inconveniences.
