Very lovely appointed property in Rothes. Easy parking and a very comfortable stay.

Pros: The property was lovely, clean \u0026 well equipped. Very comfortable too. The kids especially loved the welcome basket. I was with my 2 children and one of the best can be split into 2 singles. It was perfect!

Cons: The location, cleanliness \u0026 friendly staff.

This was a very comfy and convenient base for our holiday in a beautiful area.

Pros: It matched the description of being a comfy 2 bedroom property, very well- equipped, clean and welcoming feel with tasteful decor. Good information was provided about the local area.

Cons: The first bed we tried was a bit soft for our liking but as there were only the two of us we could opt for the other room which had a slightly firmer bed, thanks to a mattress topper!

We loved our trip in Speyside and in Shona's house

Pros: Our stay was perfect. Everything is carefully prepared and we quickly felt at home. We lacked nothing and communication with Shona was very easy. Rothes is a nice place to stay, next to a Stagecoach bus station (7min walk), with locals shops (Rothers butchers to discover specialities), and a really good hike from Manse Lane until Rothes golf club and Glenspey distillery.

Very pleasant stay with plenty of room

Pros: Welcoming- felt like home, comfortable beds, cooking facilities and washing machine. Host was quick to respond.

Excellent property and management

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, but most importantly, the location cannot be better for the whisky trail. Shona was very helpful

Cons: The only concern for us was one bathroom. We were three friends and it would be excellent if we had one more bathroom

Pros: We were visiting for the Speyside whisky festival and this was the perfect base for us. Communication with the host was fast and friendly, we had an easy time getting into the propoerty, and the house itself was very clean with all the amenities we needed.

Cons: I would have liked an outlet closer to my bed but otherwise everything else was great.
