Absolutely exceptional

Pros: Everything, it was exceptional ! The lodge was unreal. All the tiny details and personal touches really made it amazing. The surroundings absolutely unbelievable with the small walk to the water. We are already saving to come again for my birthday this time! Favourite place we have ever been and we have been a lot! Will most definitely be back again and again !

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Fantastic cabin with lots of quirky detail. Tastefully decorated and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

Highland feeling at it's best

Pros: Simply the best location in Scotland. The log cabin got everything you could wish for and much more. The hot tube is lovely and there are so many places to enjoy. We made campfire on the lake, went out with the kayak and did a great hike to the waterfalls. The only downside was that we had to leave - we will miss it.

Scozia selvaggia nel comfort!

Pros: La casa merita senza dubbio un voto 10: ambiente curato, comfort eccellenti e un contesto davvero stupendo, immerso nella tranquillità e nella natura.

Cons: Diverso il discorso per l’host, che purtroppo ci ha lasciato un’impressione negativa. Dopo un soggiorno brevissimo (una sola notte, con check-in alle 18:30 e partenza la mattina successiva presto), senza cene in casa e con una semplice colazione a base di biscotti secchi, ci sono state imputate due presunte macchie su cuscini del divano. Secondo quanto riferito, sarebbero state risolte con un normale lavaggio in lavatrice, evitando così un nostro risarcimento. Considerando anche la cauzione richiesta di 500 £, riteniamo questo atteggiamento poco corretto e finalizzato a “fare soldi facili”. In conclusione: la casa è altamente consigliata per chi cerca qualità e comfort, ma invitiamo a prestare la massima attenzione all’host, che non ci è sembrato trasparente nella gestione. Nella foto la segnalazione ricevuta dall’host che come potrete rilevare è abbastanza pretestuosa.
