Pros: Perfect comfortable little place, location great and loved the wood fire

Stunning cottage, spacious, comfortable and perfect for family

Pros: The cottage is really spacious and comfortable, large rooms, fantastic large kitchen with everything you need. Lovely open fireplace in the living room and super comfortable beds.

Cons: Only thing we don’t like was having to go home

Fabulous 👌

Pros: Great location, lovely cottage that has everything you could need. Wood all chopped for the fire and a welcome bottle of wine. We had a fantastic stay at Dormie cottage, thoroughly recommend.

Lovely cottage - would stay again.

Pros: The cottage was very spacious, the bed was really comfy and it was a nice place. Great to have an enclosed garden as well. Great location. Dog friendly. Fireplace was fantastic.

Cons: The boiler had an issue which meant the central heating kept not working and we had to reset the boiler outside (during the rain) quite a few times during our stay. The owners were very responsive in telling us how to do this when we noticed the issue late on a Friday night but the heating was not reliable throughout our stay.

Great cottage in centre of Ballater

Pros: Very comfortable and clean cottage with all facilities you would need. Great location close to centre of Ballater and close to the Riverside walk.

Great location, love Ballater and house was exellent.

Pros: Location, space especially the large kitchen table. Outside space although we did have some rain!! The open fire. The kitchen was fully equipped. Welcome bottle of wine and guide book.

Cons: It was perfect.
