Pros: It was a cosy place with parking. The host had left many kitchen essentials and although we didn't need the upstairs it would be ideal for a small family or group of younger mates.

Cons: The neighbours livingroom was right onto the bedroom and the walls were very thin. The TRV on the bathroom radiator was very noisy. We had to turn that valve to fully open just to prevent the racket of th heating system rattling.

Pros: The accommodation has everything you need to enjoy a break away. The garden is equipped with a bench, two loungers and a table with four chairs. The kitchen has all the appliances and cutlery/plates etc including a slimline dishwasher. Spacious inside if you did need to hide from the weather, and parking for two vehicles.

Cons: We had no complaints at all, however it is worth noting the spiral staircase leading up to the twin room might not be for everyone, although the double is on ground level.

Great price and great accommodation

Pros: Great location and cosy house. Everything you needed was there.

Cons: Shower up stairs is quite small but perfectly adequate. Great shower downstairs though .

Pros: Great place to stay, Allen our host provided all the information we needed. Good location to explore the area. Very spacious house.

Cons: Upper floor was a bit small, but not bad at all

Nettes Häuschen in toller Lage für einen Wanderurlaub im Nationalpark

Pros: Nettes Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung mit naher Lage zum Cairngorms Nationalpark. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe per Keybox. Sehr gut ausgestattete Kücke. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer und separates Bad im Obergeschoss.

Cons: Ich fand es etwas komisch, dass im WoZi und im oberen Bad gute Verdunkelungsrollos angebracht waren, in den Schlafzimmern aber nur alte Lamellerollos. Die haben leider viel Licht durchgelassen. Das Geschirr in der Küche war leider nicht ganz sauber. Das haben wir dann erst mal in die Spülmaschine gepackt. Dann hat es wieder gepasst.
