Pros: Great space, very comfortable. Nice and cosy, has everything we needed, very relaxing.

Cons: Beach access was a tad hard to find but that’s the tiniest concern.

Great place for families with young children.

Pros: Clean, comfy with a great shower and location, a few hundred yards from beach. Good on site facilities for kids. Adjacent to RAF Lossiemouth and a must for plane spotters, as we are.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Lovely visit to Silver Sands

Pros: Very clean and I really appreciated that all the beds were made up and towels were provided. Easy access to the gorgeous sandy beach which the kids loved. We also visited Covesea Lighthouse and Morayvia both of which had excellent voluntary staff who gave their time very generously.

Cons: We could have done with more cutlery, glasses etc but it was a short stay so not too big a deal.

Pros: Very cosy, tidy and well-equipped caravan! The owner gave us detailed directions, so we could easily find it. The caravan park is huge! Right next to the beautiful beach and a lighthouse (we had a guided tour there, which was very interesting). To use the bar/restaurant/swimming pool etc., you have to purchase facility passes (5£ each) and to go swimming, you have to book a time-slot every morning from 8:30 o'clock. There is a launderette but the washing is quite expensive! The park is very child-friendly and the beach is of course great for the little ones! It is possible to walk along the beach until Lossiemouth (approx. 2 miles).

Cons: We didn't come by car and it was very difficult to reach the caravan park without one. There is a bus from Lossiemouth, but the nearest bus stop is almost 2 miles away and then you have to walk on a busy road without a walkway. As for the caravan park, we would have appreciated to get the above-mentioned information about the pool, bar etc. beforehand. We found out about everything quite easily, but it would have been nice to have that information ahead of arrival.
