Our host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Pros: The room was very spacious and had everything we needed and more. The location was also excellent with the city centre a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast was fabulous.

What a Gem!

Pros: What a gem! Absolutely spotless, lovely decor, great quality bedding, plenty of parking, friendly host who really made us feel comfortable and yummy breakfast.

Cons: That we only stayed one night. If we had known how lovely this place was we would have made this our base for our Highlands break rather than move around

Pros: Property is well maintained and clean . Breakfast area was cold, but they added on a portable heater to keep it cozy

Cons: Check-in hour is too late. You literally pay enter at 4pm and leave before 11am.

Pros: The welcome by John was fantastic and made me feel at home . Very cosy room and great sleep and the breakfast was amazing and well cooked . Will definitely be back again !

Friendly and cozy stay in Inverness

Pros: Wonderful full Scottish breakfast - lots of options. The morning porridge was delicious and we are still talking about the little splash of scotch that John added to each bowl! Lovely time.

A lovely stay with wonderful hosts.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious, plentiful with different choices. John and his team were very welcoming hosts, chatty and extremely helpful. It was only a short walk into the city centre so location was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.
