We loved our stay!

Pros: We loved this stay that was comfortable and clean. Great location for walking to city centre and also to drive to the Loch Ness. Nice room, tea and coffee provided and lots of brochures available. Easy access and Jason was very approachable. Liked that the twin beds were separated and not super close.

Cons: The parking was a little confusing as we had been told 50m past the guesthouse was outside of the permit zone and free, however there were permit signs all up the street. We parked in a car park next to the medical centre just behind the guesthouse but not sure if we were supposed to! We also noticed that the rooms were not very soundproof, which didn't cause us any issues but we were aware of being noisy early and late. There was also no fridge.

Two lovely nights in Inverness

Pros: Everything was near by and in walking distance - absolutely fantastic! Beds very comfy, a fan was provided, enough space for bags, easy check-in.

Cons: Bathroom was a wee bit too small, but still okay for two nights. :)

Pros: Perfect stay and an incredibly comfortable bed. The room is the perfect size and completely sufficient for our needs. The location was excellent. It's a typical, charming Scottish terraced house, or at least how we imagine one. Communication was immediate and helpful from the moment we got in touch. Everything was spotless, with fresh towels provided, and even during our stay two fresh replacement towels were brought without us asking, with sweets placed on top, a very thoughtful gesture. There were also nice little touches like sweets, coffee, and milk. When we checked out, they were very friendly.

Cons: Overall, I'm happy here and there's nothing serious to criticise. The entry door is a bit narrow, and the room door sometimes rubs against the carpet, which makes it harder to open. Occasionally, there is a strong smell in the hallway, as if cooking is being done for all the guests in the house. Sometimes we wished we could join them and have a taste.

Pleasant stay, ideal for train station and town centre. Would stay again if we return to Inverness.

Pros: This was a room only booking. The property was 15 minutes walk from railway station and town centre.

Cons: The towels smelt musty and there was a short supply of ordinary T-bags.

Cons: Basic facilities.

Pros: The location was great \u0026 the welcome was friendly. Jason even carried by suitcase upstairs for me.

Cons: I don't think I've ever stayed in such a tiny room before. Don't book the single room if you're claustrophobic!
