Beautiful location, peaceful sleep

Pros: Nice very peaceful Guest House in beautiful surraundings. On the backyard of Blair Castle (worth visiting, by the way) Very friendy host. Good brekfast. Room big enough (deluxe double)

Johnny runs a great guesthouse and cooks the best breakfast!

Pros: It was a home away from home. Clean, comfortable, beautiful gardens and a lovely sitting room to read in etc.

Cons: There was nothing not to like

Pros: Very clean, cosy and comfortable, with lovely little extras like a chocolate at the side of your bed. Generous amounts of tea and coffee in the room with fresh milk available in the guest lounge fridge. Fantastic breakfast.

Pros: I had a truly wonderful stay at Dalgreine Guest House. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is evident throughout the house, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast – it was simply delicious. Every dish was freshly prepared with care and served with a smile. Whether you're a fan of a hearty Scottish breakfast or something lighter, there's something to please everyone, and the quality of ingredients really stands out. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Blair Atholl and the Cairngorms. I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and welcoming place to stay. I highly recommend Dalgreine Guest House and will definitely return on my next trip to the Highlands!

Cons: All was perfect

Pros: The room was very nice and spacious, the house was beautiful and had nice decorations. We only stayed a night on our way back to Edinburgh but for sure this is a nice place to spend a couple of days.

Lovely stay in beautiful setting.

Pros: John greeted us on arrival with all the information needed for our stay. Rooms were tasteful decorated , clean with tea/coffee making faciities and a fab view over the garden to the hills behind. Breakfast was ordered the night before on line with a variety of times and options which was a great idea. It was delicious and was cooked and served by our host. We were made to feel welcome throughout the stay.

Beautiful, comfortable stay

Pros: The house is picturesque, comfortable and homely, spotlessly clean and highly professionally run. We liked the little details - fresh milk was available for teas and coffees in a mini fridge in the guest lounge, in labelled individual bottles for each room. The toiletries in the bathrooms were a local brand and were lovely. Beautifully decorated rooms and a beautiful garden. Fabulous breakfast!

Excellent stay with warm welcome

Pros: De surroundings are beautiful. Very good landing quiet place if you plan to hike in the surroundings. John was very welcoming and warm during our visit. The room was clean and had a nice rural but chic feel to it.

Cons: None would Def. Come again to Dalgrene guesthouse.
