Pros: Brian, the host, was welcoming and a great host. Amazing breakfast.

Pros: Lovely room, very clean, great host and the best breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and the fudge was a delicious bonus.

Pros: House was beautifully presented with lots of lovely extra touches. Food was delicious. A brilliant place to stay.

Bryan had considered every detail to make our stay warm, comfortable,relaxing and very good value.

Pros: Our host Bryan was very welcoming and helpful.He had thought of everything to make our stay in his lovely home comfortable ,warm and relaxing.The breakfast was first class.It was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented with an excellent choice.

Cons: Nothing.

A perfect base, and a quality place!

Pros: Spotlessly clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished with remarkable attention to detail. The mini-fridge full of goodies was a fabulous touch, not to mention the home-made fudge and tablet. Additionally, it was by far the best breakfast we have had in a long time, with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Don't stop doing what you're doing!

Fabulous stay in a beautiful place

Pros: The room was beautiful, really well furnished, tonnes of extra snuggly blankets, hot drink options in the room, and even a few complimentary snacks! Breakfast was fantastic, the only thing would have been to get some notice the cooked breakfast was coming shortly as we were just finishing continental options when it arrived and would have prepared juices, coffees etc but not a huge issue! We had the full Scottish (absolutely gorgeous) and my friend had the pancakes which she loved! A lovely little road trip bonus is it's only a few minutes from the large stone marking the centre of Scotland!

Cons: There aren't an awful lot of places to get food nearby but it wasn't a huge problem. Perhaps a little table or somewhere to put the tea and coffee facilities as it doesnt leave alot of room on the dressing table for doing hair and make up. Didn't want to pop it on the beautiful bedding!

Wonderful stay

Pros: Our room was great, and had everything we needed. There was even a Nespresso, plus drinks and snacks in the complimentary mini bar! Breakfast was outstanding, with a large selection of delicious cooked food to order as well as fresh fruit, pastries etc. It was lovely to chat with Bryan too. The location is great, with a supermarket steps away and a number of restaurants just an easy stroll. Clune House B\u0026B will provide you with a warm and comfortable stay!

Pros: Spotlessly clean with good quality equipment in the rooms (shower, kettle, coffee machine). Nice selection of drinks, milk, coffee pods, biscuits, crisps provided on arrival. Fridge in room which is handy. Excellent breakfast. Free parking on site. Clear communication from the owner

Cons: Breakfast is strictly at 8am, no other time. This was a bit early for a weekend for me. Breakfast is chosen the day before from a menu, which personally I prefer to select on the day as to how I feel. However breakfast was really nice.

By far the best B\u0026B we’ve ever stayed at!

Pros: This place is perfect in every sense. We were amazed by the immense attention to detail - everything is thoughtfully arranged, from the way the furniture is placed to little touches like pot stands and even headphones for sleep. Everything is clearly labeled, which made our stay effortless and stress-free. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and beautifully served, just like in a fine restaurant. The apartment was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this B\u0026B to anyone without hesitation.
