Pros: Location, luxury accommodation. Had everything you could want plus more. Sauna was an additional touch that was very enjoyable.

Cons: Mattresses on bed were far too firm for all those staying which meant a disturbed sleep. Was a pity as otherwise it would have been perfect.

Pros: Beautiful accommodation. Beds etc. were very comfortable, immaculately clean with everything we needed. Perfect central location, we got the train and walked everywhere over the weekend.

Well-equipped spacious lodge in great location

Pros: Spacious lodge with a wow factor. Large dining table and well-equipped kitchen. Good range of bathroom toiletries. In great location within Aviemore. Didn't use sauna as it was warm but a great addition.

Cons: Being picky but tissues in each bedroom could be good. The single beds upstairs were very hard.

Pros: Lovely to see trees out of every window and yet great proximity to town

Pros: The lodge was comfortable and cosy, and everything was fitted out to a high standard. The sauna was a real treat as well.

Cons: Nothing, except that we didn't book a longer stay

Beautifully furnished lodge in a quiet spot yet within easy access of Aviemore centre.

Pros: The property is beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The owners have clearly thought about all the little luxury touches that make such a difference. The location itself is ideal - just a stones throw away from a lovely walk over the bridge, ideal for dog walks! We have already booked to visit again in December.

Cons: If really, really pushed… and it’s not actually the property building itself but…having to bump up the pavement to the lay-by/parking area was a bit painful for passengers/tyres!
