Excellent value and immaculate

Pros: The cabin was immaculate, as were the on site toilets and showers. Also I was met on site by Nathan who talked me through the heating of both the lodge and the hot tub. Excellent location

Perfect place to enjoy the view and it’s close to ski centre

Pros: Friendly host, friendly sheep’s, beautiful view, everything tidy and well cared for

Cons: Nothing to say. I went for skiing so was muddy and wet. Exactly what I expected

Pros: Very clean cabin and spotless toilet cubicles. The ‘bothy’ was a lovely communal area to have some dinner and play board game. Fun option to add in the fire wood and have a stargaze over a warm fire 🔥✨⭐️

Pros: Very helpful & accommodating host. Clear communication. Comfortable cabins. Jan 2026 rates for extras are £12 for double linens, £8 for single linens & £6 for a set of 2 bath towels. You can drive up to the campsite to load and unload, but parking is at the bottom part (1min walk). Glenshee ski slopes are 25min away. Bring slippers or footwear for showering as the floor is not heated.

Cons: Duvets could be thicker.

It was completely different from staying in a hotel — a totally new experience. We even learned how

Pros: Our family wanted to get a taste of countryside life, so we chose this place. The host, Nathan, was super friendly and always happy to help. The night sky was absolutely stunning—something you’d never get to see in London. There are four sheep living near the campsite, and we were told they’ve been raised at home since they were little. One of them, Suzy, often followed my daughter around like a giant puppy, and she absolutely loved it. Soaking in a hot tub outdoors at minus four degrees was an unforgettable experience. If we ever come back to Scotland, we’ll definitely stay here again for a night or two.

Cons: Before booking, we weren’t aware that there would be additional charges for items such as bedding and use of the fireplace. It would be helpful if this information could be made clearer at the time of booking.

Pros: Cosy and clean. Decent 20min commute for glenshee ski. Lovely warm toilet and bathroom.

Cons: Bit more detail on how excellent the shared kitchen is so can see what is needed and that there's plenty of fridge and freezer space. Maybe a drying facility/area for wet gear.

Pros: Absolutely stunning place. Nathan was very helpful and lovely. Place Absolutely spotless clean. Fantastic amenities. Views are stunning. We added the wood fired hot tub onto our stay and it was fantastic. The stars were beautiful at night. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the beautiful memories.

Wonderful spot, basic but beautiful

Pros: Beautiful location, comfy warm pods, great camping kitchen for glampers, good toilets, hiring a wood fired sauna bath - would definitely recommend staying here!

Cons: A few things to be aware of but not put you off your stay - showers did not stay warm & there are extra charges for things like towels, bedding, etc. in glamping pods
