Pros: Everything was just perfect and more. There was everything needed for a comfortable week, but what I was most pleased about was the number of extra blankets, pillows, and duvets, which I always regret not having. There was plenty of everything, from dish cloths, seasoning and plenty of gameboards to basic essentials like toilet paper and spices. The amenities were truly outstanding. The surroundings were beautiful, and right next to the holiday park was a restaurant with the best food we've had in 15 years of living in the UK. Communication with owners was also excellent

Lovely cosy property with comfortable spaces

Pros: We enjoyed a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The property was very cosy with a clean, functional kitchen. Dining and lounge spaces were super comfortable - we enjoyed eating breakfast on the dining table and snacks + desserts on the coffee table. The location is peaceful and quiet and we were able to sleep well.

Cons: The front door lock did not work so we were a bit concerned about safety and theft. Bathroom is a little small. Wifi is really patch even though we didn't touch the router at all. Note it would be difficult to travel here if you don't have a car.

Amazing place and standard.

Pros: Everything you could have needed. So well thought out.

Cons: Could have done with better wifi. Tv jumped a fair bit on iPlayer. Maybe a bigger frying pan as was with a family doing dinner. Spare bin bags.

Great accommodation in a nice quiet area

Pros: The caravan was fresh and clean, had everything we needed and more. The games were super and we had a couple Monopoly evenings! Our hosts were super and very accommodating. Self check in with the lockbox was really convenient. Hot water on demand which is great for a caravan. The location is really nice. It’s quiet but has a post office and two places to eat. Would highly recommend Anderson’s! There is a nice forest walk just across from the caravan site and a bike track for kids too. Spots within walking distance for fishing and short driving distance to things like Landmark and the highland wildlife park.

Cons: This is more the caravan site so outwith the hosts control. There wasn’t any recycling facilities, and the play park was a little lacking.

Family of 6.

Pros: Lots of games in the coffee table. Good flow and plenty of hot water in the shower. Nice little children's play area 50 yards from the front door. Well equipped.

Cons: Need a stiff broom. The decking wasn't brushed and only an ineffective soft broom.

Cosy wee cabin, perfect for a family break

Pros: Fabulous space, the owners had provided so much to make it comfortable and cosy (loads of blankets and hot water bottles, cushions, alternate options for bedding). Sundries e.g. tea/coffee and condiments provided, and excellent amenities, including board games/puzzles and items for babies/children. Holiday park is quiet and well kept, and local area has lots of walks and opportunities to get in tune with nature

Cons: Wi-fi wasn't great and struggled a bit at times, but this is not uncommon in the rural area. Didn't spoil our trip at all.

Fantastic place in great location

Pros: Lovely caravan, Very homely. Really had a fantastic Christmas here. Would book again for next Christmas if available.

Cosy caravan, great value for money but don't rely on the Wifi/signal.

Pros: Amazing location for our stay in the Cairngorms, good value for money - cosy, well equipped with basic kitchen and bathroom bits, comfy bed. Quiet and felt safe with a new baby. It was great for our trip but a few tweaks and could be even better.

Cons: The wifi really is almost non-existent and the 4G signal is pretty patchy too. It would be tough if you were relying on wifi to do any sort of admin/work or try and plan your trip (couldn't look up maps/walking routes).

Wonderful stay - great property

Pros: Fabulous stay at a very comfy, cosy, well equipped property - very spacious and had everything we needed, hosts were quick at getting back to us when we had a question regarding the heating. Peaceful place, except for the pigeons and crows! 🤣 Loved our stay, we wouldn’t hesitate to return. It’s a great base for the Cairngorms and all the beautiful area has to offer.

Cons: Nothing not to like!

Well serviced and excellent location.

Pros: Lovely location. Good facilities and suited us for our base for walking each day.

Cons: The single beds were rather small.
