Pros: Always great value and a friendly welcome from Alison and David. Rooms are spacious ans homely. Breakfast is perfect. My favourite ist tue full Scottish breakfast followed by Pancakes, Bacon and Syrup!!

Perfect location and super comfort

Pros: Upgraded to a spacious double room - comfy bed and cool bedding and thick blackout curtains. Lovely powerful shower. Great breakfast both mornings.

Cons: Nothing really. High quality dense mattress really comfortable but I always find them a little too warm through the night. My preference.
