Pros: Welcoming hosts, clean and warm accomodation. Meals were excellent.

Cons: Some slight road noise from the front facing bedroom, but not overly intrusive.

If you’re visiting Loch Ness, stay here, it’s fabulous.

Pros: Fabulous location. Very well appointed accommodation, exceptional clean. The food was excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were restaurant quality. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Pros: These people are incredibly lovely and so willing to help and interested. They actually were genuinely interested. Karl is a chef and the food is incredible. The location is to die for, right on Loch Ness. My husband swam outside in the morning (not me!!). The accommodation is brilliantly located for anything you could desire to visit in this stunning place. Big clean rooms! We are completely blown away and exceptionally grateful.

Cons: Everything like a fairytale!

Cons: Do not open the windows at dusk, you will be inundated with midges - entirely my fault!

Beautiful location, fantastic B\u0026B, can’t recommend highly enough.

Pros: Beautiful location on the end of Loch Ness. Quiet and peaceful. Walking distance from a beach and lighthouse. Absolutely stunning. The house is beautifully decorated and our room looked out into the loch. Small but very comfortable. The food was outstanding and I highly recommend you eat here.

Pros: Quick 10-15min drive out of Inverness if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay on Loch Ness. We got what we wanted and the hosts are friendly and accomodating.

I would say this is the best B\u0026B in the UK.

Pros: This is by far one of the most luxurious and best B\u0026Bs we’ve stayed at ever. Karl and Carla have done a wonderful job of presenting a five star accommodation lodging. The evening meal was magnificent with Karl an ex chef in the kitchen performing magic with local ingredients. Carla is the face and the greeter who is lovely and bubbly and has beautiful taste in the furnishings that they’ve provided in the B\u0026B. The View overlook nest was magical and we are so fortunate to have a beautiful morning basking in the sunshine for breakfast. The breakfast was in our View as good as the dinner with Karl again in the kitchen.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing that we could complain about or not like.

An outstanding accommodation with excellent views, genuine and sincere hospitality.

Pros: Everything was great. The best part was that the owner, Carla communicated with me via WhatsApp and her instructions were clear and spot-on! We found the place very easily. Carla and Karl's hospitality was genuine and outstanding - I rate it as among the top three of all the B\u0026B in my travels around the world thus far. The meals they prepared were exquisite. They were ever ready to accommodate to our needs. Carla took much time to share the attractions in the area, including looking up tide times for us to view the dolphins if we wanted. The room was very clean and very well furnished, and a had a great view of Loch Ness (it was so soothing and peaceful). The accommodation was rich in flora and fauna, and a short flight of steps led to the lake itself. Given the standard of the accommodation, it was great value for money.

The very BEST of the best, amazing host, incredible place, just WONDERFUL all round!

Pros: Where do I start. We did a road trip through Eng and Scotland staying in 12 different places. This was far-and-away the best spot. If I could rate it higher that 10 I would (and I don't give 10 ratings very often). The host was beyond anything I could ever imagine - so friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Oh, and to say he's a top class chef is an understatement. Make sure you have you dinners here too - incredible. Breakfast the best we had too. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Extremely clean and the decor of this place is off the charts. My wife and I just loved everything about this place, the hosts and my oh my, just all round wonderful. Oh and the location - don't stay in Inverness (nothing much there). This place on Lock Ness is ridiculously brilliant - lovely views and such calmness. They have a beautiful garden you can sit out and enjoy the tranquility
