A friendly B\u0026B in a great location.

Pros: This is a fantastic bed and breakfast in an amazing location. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating, the room was a great size and incredibly comfortable (lovely extras like a wide variety of teas and coffees and hot water bottles) and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons: We liked absolutely everything :-)

Pros: Great setting, two very good places to eat close by.Erquhart Castle walkable distance prom property. Large rooms.

Home comforts and delicious breakfasts, 10/10 stay!

Pros: Everything! The real stars of the property are Chris and Julie who made us feel so welcome and relaxed. Clean, comfy, perfect location, 10/10 breakfasts. And then of course, there is Maisie, who is worth a return visit alone! Couldn’t have wished for better. Thanks again Chris and Julie x

Charming B\u0026B

Pros: Julie and Chris are very nice and warm hosts. The rooms are modernized in new country style. Very comfortable beds, everything super clean. The breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared with a good selection of cereals, fruits, yogurt, etc. The guesthouse has a great location at Loch Ness for excursions.

Cons: More counter space in the bathroom and a mixing faucet would be good.

Pros: Chris and Julie welcomed us in their beautiful b\u0026b,they were so friendly and helpful,their hospitality was excellent!🏡The highlight was Maisie their super sweet and loving labradoodle 🐕💕.Room,breakfast and location are perfect🤩Can't forget the lemon drizzle cake as a treat,room's view,and lots of amenities.Bus station opposite the house,coffee shops,restaurants, cruise center gift shops 1 minute distance.Hope we could have stayed longer or revisit pretty soon!❤️

Excellent property - would recommend

Pros: Great location with everything you need within walking distance. Lovely bedroom and hosts provide lots of extras, kettle, tea\u0026coffee, coffee machine, biscuits, cake and honesty bar for snacks and toiletries which is a great thought. Breakfast - plenty of choice and very tasty. Again lots of extras

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like about the property. We ate at the fiddlers which was disappointing. Felt rushed through the meal which was expensive and pretty unimpressive. I had a very tasteless piece of salmon and my husbands venison stroganoff was average

Fantastic warm welcome would stay again

Pros: Julie and Chris very hospitable friendly and helpful. Maisie the labradoodle very friendly but not under your feet but she was there on an evening on our return to show us to our room which is not everyones cup of tea but we thought it was lovely and funny she was not a nuisance. On the whole we have no complaints as Julie and Chris thought of everything including hot water bottle, little heaters, even a mat to go on the bottom of the bed to put your luggage on to unpack. Also the homemade lemon drizzle cake was delicious recipe included to take with you

Staying near Loch Ness? Look no further.

Pros: A fabulous bed and breakfast guest house. Brilliant location. Excellent bedroom, very comfortable bed, superb breakfast, extremely clean and very friendly. Highly recommended.

A lovely 2 night stay

Pros: A friendly greeting from all including Maisie! It’s such a cute place to stay with extra special touches including the lemon cake on arrival, I’m looking forward to making it.

Pros: Exceptional b\u0026b. Such a high standard of presentation and immaculately clean. Superb breakfast offering....particularly recommend the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Hosts are so friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Location is ideal for seeing surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty. Loved our stay ❤️
