Perfect Studio

Pros: The studio was perfect. Spacious, clean and warm and we would definitely return.

Cons: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Excellent place at a reasonable price.

Pros: Comfy bed, good shower, plenty of room, parking, good host.

Cons: No bad points.

Lovely studio flat

Pros: Lovely modern and cosy studio flat with all your needs catered for. Another excellent weekend stay.

Pros: I’ve enjoyed yet another excellent stay at Braeview Studio. Ashley continues to be an outstanding host, offering a warm and friendly welcome each time I visit. The Studio is always immaculate, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. Across my multiple stays, I've found it consistently well equipped, and the off-street parking is a great added bonus. I look forward to returning soon.

Pros: It has all the amenities that you require. Fridge freezer microwave tv just everything required.

Cons: There isn’t anything we don’t like about Braeview that’s why we are returning customers. I don’t use their towels but that has nothing to do with the cleanliness or freshness of their towels. Purely down to I have very sensitive skin and stick to my own stuff that’s been washed in my detergent.

A small, comfortable flat offering reasonably quick access to Banff or towards Tarlair.

Pros: The space had most of what was needed for the week and was certainly quiet and comfortable for my purposes of a reading week. There are not views directly from the space but a little walk to the harbour or along towards the bridge allowed wonderful views of the setting sun over Banff. Its all on the flat so good accessibility.

Cons: As the owners state, the kitchen facilities are limited but this was not much of a problem. It is a busy road and access to car parking is via a gate with a key pad. This means the space feels safe but you have to be reasonably comfortable semi-parking on the main road whilst you get in.

Pros: Clean and spacious accommodation, very good value and the hosts are a joy to deal with.

Cons: No negatives

As a frequent traveller to the area, I will stay at Braeview again in the future.

Pros: The property was in a great location with great access to public transport to all areas along the Moray Firth, North East corner of Aberdeenshire , Grampian Region and the surrounding areas as well as having access to private parking. It was very secure and comfortable. The facilities were exactly as expected by online descriptions. Ashley was very friendly and extremely helpful.
