Woodland Lodge Oxen Craig

Exceptional! Highly recommend!

Pros: We loved our stay at Oxen Craig. The lodge was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Evenings in the hot tub, surrounded by the snow, were making our stay even more amazing. Graham was our helpful and supportive host and we are very grateful for everything he done to make our stay the way it was. That was a perfect quiet weekend and we would love to come back soon!

Love the cabin, highly reccomend.

Anniversary Lodge Getaway

Pros: Lovely lodge for a little getaway. The host had the lodge all nice and cosy for our arrival and had put up some anniversary banners for us. It was a lovely quiet relaxing getaway, thank you!

Cons: The entrance door didn't close properly unless it was locked. Would be nice if there was a curtain or blind in the toilet just for some extra privacy. I would really recommend there being a thermometer in the hot tub as it was very difficult to determine the water temperature resulting in either being too cold or too hot.

Such an amazing relaxing weekend!

Pros: Everything from the location, comfort, luxury and friendly welcome from the owner! Stayed 3 nights at the weekend for my partners birthday and what an experience! Hot tub was lovely and warm for our arrival and personally decorated the cabin with banners and a bottle of Prosecco, so my other half was extremely surprised! Shower was lovely and warm and surprisingly very spacious! Fresh towels and slippers was also a very lovely touch! Bbq was super easy to use, we had a bbq 2 nights of our stay, just because we could! And the bed was lovely and comfortable with plenty extra pillows and duvets if we needed them. We were even able to plug our Firestick into the television and watch movies \u003c3 Graeme was an excellent host! Made sure we had everything we needed and even done a hot tub refresh half way through our stay so we could keep going for dips! 🫶🏻 100% would recommend to others and we will definitely stay again soon!

Pros: Everything was spot on lodge was amazing hot tub location awesome could not fault a thing

Pros: It was in a quiet location, very peaceful and comfortable stay!

Cons: Nothing to really fault it, only things is the amount of spider webs in the lodge but considering where it’s located it would be quite difficult to keep on top of that! And possibly could be even better if there was a shelter on top of the hot tub as so many bugs/leaves from the trees constantly fall into the water, but overall a great stay!

Pros: There’s lots of privacy Hot tub Facilities in the cabin are great Lots of firewood and instructions for the hot tub The cabin was spotless and well equipped Robes and towels provided Great location

Cons: There was no hot water, it was tepid at the most There was a funny, sewage smell in the hot tub When stripping the bed to help with the departure, we noticed that one of the pillows has blood spots on it and there was no pillow protection covers

Pros: The place was just so peaceful and truly cosy. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful cabin \u0026 location, an absolutely amazing stay

Pros: - spacious - modern - gas bbq - preheated hot tub on arrival - very quiet and remote location - dog friendly hosts - large heater inside of the cabin made it really comfy and warm - peace and quiet throughout the stay

Cons: The only suggestion I would have is maybe adding some chlorine to the hot tub water so it does not have a slight algae scent
