Yvi's 2-3 Bedroom Town Apartment

Pros: Great location, size of the property was massive so much space.

Cons: Couple of little tlc bits in bathroom and some of the dishes were damaged but over magic place

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Superb central location on the main street in Inverurie. Close to shops (one next door) plenty of places to eat and drink within 1 -10 minutes walk. Approx. 10 minute walk from Inverurie train station. Kitchen has a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer - everything you could need. Cutlery, glasses, mugs, crockery, utensils all provided. Some tea, coffee and other bits available in cupboards. Good size bathroom. Towels and hair dryer provided. Good Wi-FI connection.

Cons: We were confused about what to do with the rubbish, instructions could be clearer. It didn't cause us any problems but the main bedroom at the far end of the property also doubles as a lounge with a TV and sofa; and no door. also take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, as on main road.

Pros: Very welcoming and helpful host. Lovely clean apartment. Great central location.

Family Break

Pros: The flat was in a central location ideal for what we needed. It was very spacious. The kitchen was our hub with two tables together and enough chairs for us all to sit round and have great chat ! We were up for a family wedding and had a fab stay !

Cons: There really wasn’t a negative . Apart from the tv not working as my brother in law is lost without one ! It was sorted as soon as we’d asked about it so all was well 😃

Great apartment with perfect location for shopping and food.

Pros: Lovely large apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Yvi was extremely helpful.

Cons: The access was very narrow and would be difficult with a car wider than an X1. We initially parked in the space at the front to unpack and had an abrupt man banging on the door telling us to move. Plenty of space round the corner but again you have to negotiate a tight corner. However we were warned about this by Yvi. Plenty of room on the main street.

Thoroughly recommend this flat if you have a requirement to visit Inverurie

Pros: Excellent location in the centre of Inverurie. Flat was well appointed and clean. Convenient parking.

Good value accommodation in Inverurie. I would stay again.

Pros: Excellent location with town centre parking. Good value for money. There where basics already provided, tea, coffee some staples in the cupboard like pasta etc... Quick communication via the app. For the this was the cheapest accommodation we could find when we booked and for the money it was certainly satisfactory. Property was nice and cosy, although there was no way to control the temperature yourself except by opening windows to cool it down.

Cons: Although there was plenty of crockery and cutlery there were only 4 forks (there was 5 of us) after a wee message to the host we were provided with more the next day although they arrived after we had finished our dinner. The only downside I would say it is not the fault of the owner but if you stay in the front bedroom, because it is on the main street you could be woken by the way morning traffic, I certainly did.

Pros: It was am amazing apartment in a fantastic location.

Cons: No negatives

A perfect apartment in Inverurie.

Pros: The location was perfect, as we were attending a concert in the town hall. The apartment is huge, and it was more space than we needed. Wishing now we had invited friends. It was a great spot to access all the shops bars and restaurants in the town. Parking was a bonus, too. It had everything you would need for a perfect self-catering weekend.

Cons: That we couldn't stay longer....

Pros: Location was perfect and accomodation was first class.
