Clashmore House Garden Cottage Dornoch

Superb accommodation.

Pros: We loved everything. The cottage was cosy spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The beds were really comfy and the bed linens were luxurious. It was furnished beautifully throughout with everything you could possibly need provided. Our hosts were outstanding, friendly but unobtrusive. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Very clean, good quality fixtures and fittings, very comfortable beds and easy access to the A9. Superb stay.

High standard guest house with peaceful garden

Pros: It was like a nice hotel suite. The interior was beautiful and everything was super clean. The views from the windows and surrounding garden were lovely, reminding of a Disney movie garden. It was a truly idyllic and peaceful place, the surrounding area as well. Loved the huge stove and comfortable beds. The place in whole kept high standard and the host was nice and helpful with early check in.

Cons: Some more cutlery so you don’t need to wash dishes too often.

Surprise find, better than expected, added to “return to” list

Pros: Very good space, excellent kitchen, lovely garden. Quiet location. Great communication with the host. Appreciated that it’s dog friendly and dog guests been taken into consideration.

Cons: Kitchenware of good quality but could do with more cutlery (we like to cook and eat). The fire escape green light in the bedroom might be annoying to light sensitive sleepers, but totally understand while it was there.

Pros: A beautiful traditional cottage but with all the mod cons, very tastefully renovated. Enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and our dog was well catered for with water bowl, doggy treats, dog blankets. All appliances within cottage were of high quality and furnishing were beautiful. All in all a lovely cottage, only a few miles outside of Dornoch.

Delightful cottage on the outskirts of Dornoch highly recommended.

Pros: The property was exceptionally well thought out for guests with lots of extras to make your stay comfortable. Very clean with an enclosed garden for our dogs. The toiletries and shower room were excellent quality. Kitchen has a large range cooker ideal if your cooking a family meal. The Tv was smart with a HDMI connection and the wifi was capable of streaming smart tv like netflex.

Cons: No terrestrial tv for visitors who dont have access to a streamer.
