Couldn’t fault this property and ideal for 3 couples with an en-suite in each room.

Pros: A fantastic property, right n the centre of the town. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Cons: Slight street noise late night

Very comfortable stay in the heart of Inverness

Pros: Fabulous location, comfortable bed (we slept well), we walked everywhere. The house is well furnished, styled and spotlessly clean. We all loved the fluffy, new towels, excellent water pressure and high end toiletries (usually I use my own). The dressing-gowns (even though we didn’t use them) completed the ‘eye for detail and luxury’ impression. The kitchen was well equipped. While there are steep stairs, even as an older couple we found them easy to navigate.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like and just some minor comments based on our very personal preferences. We didn’t need all the scatter cushions on the beds — while stylish, they just ended up on the floor occupying space. Also, due to my sensitivities, we moved all the home fragrance diffusers away from the bedrooms.

Pros: We loved everything about the property. We stayed 3 nights as a family of 5 adults over Burns weekend. The house its self was beautiful, 3 very lovely double bedrooms, a cosy lounge and a well equipped kitchen with a very much appreciated care pack of milk, bread, coffee tea etc on arrival. The house is decorated to a high quality and impeccably clean. The location is absolutely perfect, at the end of Church Street, next to the famous book shop. A stones throw from The river, bars and lovely restaurants. We needed to contact the host prior to travelling in the storm and they went above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend a stay and will definitely be returning ourselves.

Steeped in history this property is perfectly located and is a wonderful place to stay

Pros: Beautiful property with a fantastic location right in the heart of Inverness old town. Property was very clean and comfortable with a little goodie package supplied which was just lovely. Hosts were wonderful with communication and very friendly. Loved every minute of our stay

Pros: The beds, especially the pillows were amazing like sleeping on a cloud. So much so I have bought the exact same pillows after asking the host where they purchased them.

Cons: Would have preferred to have terrestrial TV to watch.

Incredible location and a holiday full of memories

Cons: Nothing - you do hear some noise at pub closing times but you would anywhere you stayed on the main strip. This property was perfect base for a family of 6 - grown adult children and their husbands

Comfortable house with all the facilities we needed.

Pros: Location near centre of town, station and close to the river and rivers walks was perfect for us. The ice cream shop opposite was a bonus for our children.

Cons: In one bedroom a wash basin that was too small and the mirror was over the toilet rather than the basin.

Highly recommended in central location

Pros: Central location, beautifully appointed, lovely welcome package, clear communication, in a historic house. We all loved it. Superb value for money
