Comfortable, private accommodation at an excellent price.

Pros: Beautiful view from patio doors in the morning and at sunset, quiet and within walking distance of nature and amenities

Pros: A welcoming most snug room with everything you probably need . Super heating , good shower , very very comfy bed , modern very good light , super clean ....nice walk in the fresh air to this place ...

Pros: Perfect place for a stay over in Aviemore. Well-connected, warm, super comfortable and affordable.

Cons: Check-in/Check-out times stated are a little restrictive. It seems to be a standard in the area, but having to ask for flexibility adds work/stress to the experience. The hosts were very generous in letting us check-in slightly early and leave luggage the next day, but having to ask for this is a small mark against an otherwise great experience.

A gem of a place.

Pros: Really great place to stay. Cosy, very clean and plenty of an excellent breakfast.

Warm and cosy snug

Pros: Great location. Very clean and tidy. All we needed was there. Breakfast provided was good. Good heating. TV channels varied. Wasn't a lot to dislike.

Cons: Shower was ok but temperature of water varied a lot. Bed was soft ... understand some people would like that.

Excellent stay, excellent hosts and good value for money, would highly recommend and stay again

Pros: We had a lovely time staying at The Snug. It felt like having a place of our own in Aviemore, which we enjoyed much more than had we stayed at a hotel. The property was very clean, with breakfast and coffee/tea provided. The bed was very comfortable and despite the cold weather outside the temperature inside was comfortable all the time. As we didn’t have a car, we relied on buses in snowy weather, which were not always reliable. One day Craig offered to drive us to Glenmore, which was unexpected but very much appreciated.

Cons: If I had to nitpick, the pressure in the shower could be better, but that is just the nature of electric showers and nothing that affected our stay.

Nice overnight

Pros: Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and a great wet room. Cosy and warm. TV and board games.

Cons: More choice of tea and coffee. A small cartoon of milk could have been left in the fridge. The breakfast although adequate could have contained a piece of fruit. Some shower gel.

Great short break stay

Pros: The property was spotless and it was warm. We loved the location and the property had a speared entrance. The property is ideal for a short stay.

Cons: There was a wet room instead of bathroom. I wasn’t prepared for that, I didn’t have rubber slippers with me, I didn’t feel comfortable touching the floor with bare feet, the floor was very cold, that was an unpleasant experience.

Pros: Great, very clean room. Lovely and helpful hosts. Breakfast is what we usually eat. There is a pizzeria nearby where we bought a very tasty pizza for dinner. Location close to the city center.

Pros: Everything you needed for one night. Breakfast was a added bonus

Cons: Could of done with a bathroom unit to put stuff on.
