Deposit required / Hard to find at first / no towels

Pros: Room for 2 cars. Neat and tidy. Privately owned. Good communication.

Cons: Note for others, the A13 is a white sign on a white caravan. Find it sitting at the 4th ramp past the barrier, on the right. I drove round and round trying to find it, which was frustrating. Key box is down low. I only knew because of reading a previous comment. The blurb says linen, but there are no towels in that. It means tea towels and bedding. We couldn't find the bins on site.
