Caledonian Glamping

Pros: This was a dream. The cottages are located off a side road and hidden between trees so there is no noise. Even though there is a couple of them not very far from each other you cannot even tell there is other guests. It was very well equipped - stove top, kettle, microwave and plenty plates, pans, cups, glasses and cutlery. In the morning we would sip tea on the terrace savouring the quiet. The only thing we would change is stay more days.

Cons: There is two single beds so not ideal for a couple but I can imagine not only couples stay here and this is best for everyone but keep in mind if this is something that bothers you.

Lovely micro lodge situated in a fabulous village.

Pros: It’s situated in a lovely village. Ideal for anyone who wants to explore the local walks. The lodge was clean on arrival and well maintained. The owners were lovely and very knowledgeable about the local area. We enjoyed two evenings of the fire which gave an extra bonus to this stay. There is lots of chickens which gave us the entertainment we needed. My 7 year old didn’t want leave. I would definitely book here again.

Cosy

Pros: Was very clean \u0026 cosy feeling. Could not fault the pod itself or location. It has absolutely everything you need and also includes a fridge with a little freezer compartment.

Cons: No fault to the hosts but there was a lot of wasps.

Pros: A fantastic self-contained cabin. This is really nice to use as a base for hiking or just to hang about at.

Pros: A cosy, comfortable cabin that stayed warm even in the snow. The location was just right for attending a family event in the village.

GleN Affric Glamping Gem

Pros: The hosts were amazing , friendly and so welcoming, the location was perfect for us , set perfect in its surroundings. what a gem I felt like I found treasure finding this place

Cons: The only downsides for me was there was no Oven , just to make a pizza of some wedges . And the shower could do with easier controls gor use But barbecue and fire pit area was perfect tho 💯
