It was ideal for my size group and would happily book again

Pros: Excellent location, modern, spacious with all the facilities you would expect. Checking in was effortless.

Cons: Property is described to accommodate 8 persons yet there are only 6 large plates with accompanying cutlery, 6 table chairs etc. There are two types of WiFi. The site One you pay extra for and a plug in at the premises that would not connect. The venue is described as having a swimming pool when you initially book. What it doesn’t mention is the swimming pool is located at the other holiday park on the other side of Lossiemouth.

Great space for groups of friends or family to enjoy. A short walk takes you to local restaurants.

Pros: Brilliant amount of space, rooms very comfortable. All areas very clean. Upper roof space locked off and not able to use but this didn’t impact our enjoyment of the house. Although in the centre of the caravan park we were not disturbed with any noise.

Excellent property close to beautiful beach and great restraunt at front of Lossiemouth within walking distance

Pros: Space and decor was great and was ideal with 3 teenagers who could have their own space and time if required.

Cons: Would have liked to have been able to use upstairs terrace and hot tub.

Stunning views, peaceful, huge amount of space

Pros: Huge amount of space. large rooms. 3/4 are en suite. very modern. loved the upstairs living room with small veranda to look out onto the beach. loved the open plan kitchen dining sofa room. we could all be together.

Cons: Couldn't find the key for the upstairs patio area. there was a hot tub on it. I expect as it's still very cold and windy it's probably out of use.
