Seatown Cottage - Stone's throw from beach

Perfect, fantastic bed \u0026 well equipped cottage.

Pros: Perfect cozy wee fisherman's cottage, bright \u0026 airy, well equipped \u0026 very, very clean. Super comfy bed, pillows \u0026 bedding, infact, best bed, apart from our own, we've slept in in many years ! Definitely be back and hopefully this cottage is available next time as well

Beach and snow

Pros: A little out of town, more countryside with the beach (2.2 Kms of unbroken sand) close by. Just what me and the dog wanted. The log burner.

Cons: No dislikes

Pros: Close to the beach and restaurants. Great food. Cottage was clean, comfortable and good value for money

A very comfortable stay at the seaside!

Pros: It’s a gorgeous wee cottage! Each room is small, but very cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the lounge dining area is comfortable, the wood burning fireplace is a treat, and the dining table is adequate for 2. The bathroom is also spot on, electric shower over the bath works well. The bed is particularly comfortable, great pillows and duvet. There was enough storage space for us not to need to live out of our cases for the 4 nights we were there. The entrance hall area is fine as well. Great radiators throughout. We loved the place! Perfect for the 2 of us. The location was also excellent, an easy walk to the bridge over the river to get to the beach, and the pubs and restaurants right nearby the bridge too. Andrea was very helpful with information. We very much appreciated her offer to extend our stay. Thanks very much Andrea!

Amazing 2 night stay. Hopefully not our last.

Pros: The cottage is beautiful, in a perfect location and is very well kitted out. Having some essentials in the kitchen and bathroom such as salt, pepper, oil, tea and toiletries is great. The wine and shortbread was very much appreciated.

Very relaxing and comfortable place to stay

Pros: It is a great little place very clean and very comfortable. We loved the log burner after a long day out with the dogs in was nice to light the fire and relax, it heats up the house very quickly.we were very lucky with the weather as it was sunny most days. On arrival we met the cleaner who was very nice and friendly.I would recommend Seatown cottage to all my friends and we will be back soon.

Perfect Cottage

Pros: The cottage was perfect for our needs. location wonderful for walking on the beach \u0026 to amenities. It had everything you required , plus very cosy \u0026 comfortable.

Pros: Location was great. Good parking on the street. A lot of thoughtfulness had been put into the decor, equipment, layout etc. very homely, well equipped kitchen. There was a garden room which looked lovely although we didn't end up using it. Also, great log burner which we didn't need once we got the heating working. If you get a chance, visit the fishing and community museum at the harbour. You will find out some interesting history about the Seatown area in the upstairs section.

Cons: Heating took a little while to get used to however that was our own fault as much as anything, as we hadn't fully read the instructions. It was a more modern system of thermostats than we were used to. We called the owners and had immediate support. Worked perfectly after that.

A lovely wee cottage

Pros: Everything! The location: the beach, the woods, the main street are all conveniently close. The summerhouse is a real treat and so is the wood stove. The hosts, Andrea and Greg, are so thoughtful and helpful: they left welcoming gifts and, since there was a wee problem with the microwave, they brought us a new one immediately. Highly recommend it!
