Beautiful lodge, fully recommend!

Pros: Facilities were fab, the owner has literally thought of everything, the lodge is beautiful, so modern, clean and well equipped. Hot tub is brilliant, my husband found it a fun challenge to get it warmed up. Location is excellent, it’s nice being so remote (surrounded by lovely little lambs) yet only a small travel to the nearest towns. The host was super friendly also, she offered to/brought a lamb home for our 3 year old daughter to feed, an amazing experience. Would not hesitate to recommend this lodge to anyone and will 100% return.

Cons: There isn’t anything we didn’t like, we had a fabulous 4 nights here!

A week of contentment

Pros: Just left after a lovely week here - everything was just perfect. So peaceful and quiet. Everything we could have wanted and more. Lovely welcome gifts of shortbread and fudge. Travelling up I was hoping there would be a Christmas tree and I wasn't disappointed!Would highly recommend staying here. We met our host on the first night and she was lovely. Can't wait to come back.

Cons: We couldn't use the hot tub as it was so icy but hopefully next time we visit we can use it.

Perfect weekend

Pros: Amazing views, cracking outdoor space with hottub and indoor space is expertly designed to maximise space and has quality furnishing throighout Welcome pack of home made shortbread and fudge was a lovely touch too.

Muirtown Lodge was a wonderful weekend getaway, relaxing and with all mod cons.

Pros: Finished to an excellent standard, comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen. The location was lovely and quiet, the sound proofing was excellent.
