Felt like home

Pros: First of all it is in the heart of the city right next to the River Ness, in walking distance to restaurants, cafes, markets. What’s more, it has its private garage. The house is well thought of for the needs and comfort of the guests. Everything is in pristine condition. It is neat and perfectly clean. They are kind enough to welcome you with snacks, some breakfast food and even a bottle of wine. They are kind and attentive to all your questions and needs. It almost made me feel like I was home. Thank you very much.

Absolutely wow!

Pros: Fabulous and well appointed cottage with modern interior and facilities, and a nod to its heritage. We loved everything about this cottage. The location was fantastic. The hosts were great communicators.

Perfect and cosy cottage

Pros: Super lovely cottage, just a few minutes walk from Inverness centre. It was a home away from home for the three nights we were there. Very clean, cosy, and all the necessary equipment was provided for a comfortable stay.

Cons: There was a slight delay in getting our keys because of our late arrival, but it was a tiny glitch, which didn't impact our overall experience.

Pros: The Balnain Cottage was outstanding. It is spotless and well maintained. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: the bed linens are clean and fresh, towels are soft, the kitchen is very well stocked. The house is very nicely furnished. The location is fantastic (we walked to everything; even to the supermarket which is very close by). We didn't need a private parking space but the cottage has one. The owner is very responsive and helpful (our train was delayed and we were much later than our agreed check in time; was not a problem at all for our check in). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Balnain Cottage to anyone.

Pros: The cottage was absolutely AMAZING in every way. It was gorgeous, perfectly clean and tidy, so lovely in its decor, super cozy and comfy, quiet, fabulous attention to detail, had everything we needed--and more-- the location was fantastic.....we would give it ten stars if we could! Above and beyond our expectations . Just wonderful. Would definitely go back, if not JUST for the cottage!!! Thank you, Kelsey and George!❣️🙏🤩
