Loch Ness Hideaway

Short but sweet, home away from home. Nice house, nice area - great base camp.

Pros: The property was right next to a wood, where you could go for a walk if you fancied. Next door were real neighbors but they weren’t noisy or intrusive. The house itself was Beautifully presented - with all mod cons should you require. All items were easy to use. 10 Mins in car to Tesco or to the free Disc Golf park, which would be a great jogging area or walking area if you preferred. 20 mins and you are in town - same if you go to the business park for Nando’s / or regular shopping, next, river island, etc, etc. 25 mins to Culloden Moor - Battle site. House was just what we needed to meet up with family/friends. Great base camp for us all !! Thank you, Appreciate your being so helpful re the text/email. Reliable

Cons: 6 People for 2 nights stay we were only provided with 3 towels. Bought towels in Tesco and took home. the person sleeping only either side of the bed were only given one pillow, sorry, but not enough, please think about 2 pillows. I maybe missed it, but if I haven’t please think about a chopping board. No dishwasher tablets provided, However washing up liquid was. I think it would be nice to add a few more mugs and some real glasses…the small ones, weren’t the most stable and we found cracks in them. Lastly, would be nice to have a basic package in there of salt and pepper and some oil, I understand we took everything, but those basic things would have been extra nice.

Better than a hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Pros: It was an excellent place to stay. Very clean, and comfortable. In a quiet area, with a path to walk. Close to Tesco, and only 10 minutes from Inverness city centre. For a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom place it was very affordable. Has a washing machine to do laundry, and the kitchen comes stocked with dishes, pots/pans. The hosts were great with communication, and very friendly to correspond with.

Cons: More towels. We only had 2 for 6 people. We didn't think to ask for more. That's our bad. Maybe a vacuum for mid week tidy up (for us to do while there).

Pros: The property is clean and comfortable with all the facilities like parking, wifi and everything u need in a holiday home . It has a nice cosy vibe we stayed for 3 nights and I would highly recommend this property if you are travelling with kids . If I go to Scotland (Inverness) again I shall definitely stay over here .

Pros: Nieuw huisje in een stille nieuwe woonwijk. Rustige omgeving, ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor de ruime omgeving. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, behalve een wasmachine.

Cons: Geen opmerkingen.

Pros: Romslig, rent og fint hus. Rolig nabolag. Veldig fin beliggenhet med kort vei til Inverness.

Cons: Litt dårlig utstyrt kjøkken. Savnet utemøbler i hagen.
