Beautiful place for retreat away from chaos.

Pros: The location and the view are excellent. Very quiet place and spacious. The staff, Jack, from Interhome is excellent in helping us especially when we were snowed in and cant check-out. Very reassuring and response quicklyto our queries. The fire place with fire wood - great additions to the Scots vibes.

Cons: The 4th room is in the stairs' landing covered with curtain. I would say the accommodation is good for 6pax in 3 rooms. It is very secluded and not ideal during snow season. We were stocked for another 12 days because of the snow and ice. Good enough, the owner gave us a great considerations and Interhome keep communicating with us making sure we are okay. I think this place is great in other seasons except winter.

Amazing stay

Pros: Loved the location, loved the views. Seeing deer in the garden was fantastic. Facilities were great. Beautifully chilled holiday. Couldn't have asked for more.

Cons: Dodgy dishwasher! Didn't spot Nessy but thought we did several times! Everything else was perfect!

Pros: The location is amazing! The views are incredible, and it is perfect for a weekend away from it all! The cottage itself was very well equipped, lovely log burner, and central heating. Bathrooms were modern, clean and well maintained. The cottage itself was nice clean and looked newly decorated.

Cons: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIND THIS PROPERTY IN THE DARK!! Long story but we had to try and find the property in the evening, and it was quite a scary experience. The cottage is in a very rural location, up a bumpy, single track which turns into wheel ruts in a track at some points. There is almost no signage on the way up, blind summits on the road and tight steep bends. We didn't find it on the first night as we felt the road was too dangerous to continue in the dark. Once we found it the following day in the daylight and we knew where we're were going it wasn't too bad, but still not a road to be travelling at night!

Wow, was für ein Ausblick.

Pros: Wow, was für ein Ausblick,!!! Das ist es auch, was die Unterkunft ausmacht, der grandiose Blick auf Loch Ness. Das Haus selbst hatte drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Die Ausstattung ist ein wenig zusammengewürfelt, vor allem im Wohnbereich. geht aber völlig in Ordnung. Nachts kommen Rehe zum grasen auf die Wiese vor dem Haus.

Cons: Die Anfahrt ist ein Abenteuer und ein SUV von Vorteil. Eine Auschilderung wäre sinnvoll gewesen. Die Kommunikation vorab ist so gut, dass es fast schon zu viel war. Wirklich nervig war der fehlende Internetanschluss, da auch Mobilfunk quasi nicht verfügbar war. Das ist heute ein Muss. Auch schade war, dass es keine richtige Möglichkeit gab draussen zu sitzen, und zu essen. Wir haben kurzerhand etwas improvisiert.

Fantastische Aussicht!!! Ich will zurück!

Pros: Die Lage mit dem Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend! Draußen Natur, drinnen Gemütlichkeit mit toller Ausstattung - alles, was man braucht zum Glücklichsein! :)

Cons: Der fehlende Netzempfang hat die Planung etwas erschwert. Auf WLAN-Detox waren wir aber eingestellt. ;)

Abgeschiedenes Ferienhaus mit traumhanftem Blick auf Loch Ness

Pros: Wunderschöner Blick über Loch Ness, gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit Ofen, gut ausgestattete Küche.

Cons: unwegsame, steile Straße hin zum Haus. SUV ist Pflicht, sonst grüßt der Unterboden. Es gibt zwar eine gute Wegbeschreibung in den vorab-Unterlagen, etwas Ausschilderung am Weg wäre allerdings schön. Das erste Mal sollte man den Weg im Hellen fahren.
