Traditional Highland Cottage Near Loch Ness

A perfect cottage for a group of friends/family to spend cosy days in the Highlands

Pros: We loved that the cottage is well-equipped with everything a group of people might need for a very comfortable stay, so you don't have to think twice whether you need anything to cook dinner or do a BBQ. The cottage is easily accessible by car (not sure how to get there without one, though). It's spacious, cosy, with pleasant views and a very nice garden where one can have their morning coffee. The fireplace is a huge added bonus that made our stay extra special. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that we were not lost due to the changing traffic conditions.

Cons: Not an issue for us at all, but might be for some visitors: the cottage, being located in the Highlands with ever-changing weather conditions, does require a bit more attention from the residents towards heating and electricity systems.

Pros: Iszonyat hangulatos házikó volt a szállásunk, tényleg nagyon közel Loch Ness-hez, egy csendes kis utcában. Nagyon tetszett, hogy minden egyértelműen feliratozva van, tényleg minden segítséget megadtak a tulajok, hogy elnavigáljunk a dolgokkal és külön kiemelném, hogy két mappa fogadott minket, egyik történelmi áttekintést nyújtott a város kialakulásáról és a Loch Ness tóról, a másik pedig bemutatta a házat, a működését és a tulajokat, hát nagyon szerettem :) Minden volt a konyhában, fürdőszobákban amit csak kellett, és még kis kályha is volt, ahol be tudtunk fával fűteni, az valami csodás volt, jó hangulatot és meleget csinált!

Cons: Egyetlen dolog volt, ami negatívum, hogy az ágyak matracai már túl puhák voltak, túl süppedősek, és reggel a nyakunk érezte, hogy túlságosan puha a matrac.

Pros: A nuestra llegada por la noche la calefacción estaba encendida y lo agradecimos mucho. Tiene un archivador en la mesa con los comercios de la zona y sus horarios, así como con la historia de la casa. La limpieza de la casa es muy buena; instalaciones amplias. La comunicación con los dueños fue fácil y agradable. Todo genial, repetiría.

Cons: Todo bien. ;)

Pros: Obiekt bardzo czysty, wygodny i funkcjonalny. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, dobra lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania północnej Szkocji i wyspy Skye. Komfortowy i bardzo przytulny domek, idealny dla grupy przyjaciół lub rodziny. Wieczory spędzane przy kominku - bezcenne.

Excelente estancia. Limpieza extraordinaria. Todo al detalle.

Pros: Belle maison ancienne, joliment décorée, lits confortables, calme, joli petit jardin, très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, excellent wifi, plein de prises pour charger les téléphones et ordinateurs.

Cons: Manque un peu d'équipements pour cuisiner ; douches un peu compliquées à utiliser mais on y arrive !

Pros: Il Cottage è veramente bello, ben presentato, ben tenuto e pulitissimo! In un a posizione strategica del Lago e con tanti dintorni da scoprire per chi ama passeggiare. Torneremo sicuramente quando ci sarà l’occasione. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Bellissimo!
