Highland Chalet - Peaceful Stay near Dornoch

Great hosts would highly recommend it

Pros: Easy to find has everything you need for a couple of days

Cons: Iff there one thing that might need looking in to the bed mattress they a spring every thing else is ok

Cost effective accommodation to use as base to access surrounding golf courses.

Pros: Clean and well equipped - functional accommodation to use as base to access Royal Dornoch and surrounding golf courses.

Cons: No problems - functional accommodation. However disappointed with the park itself - we never saw the office open in our 5 days there.

Pros: It was in a quiet residential street, and the property was good. It suited our needs for a couple of days.

Cons: Not about the property. Found getting a taxi tricky. Getting to Dornoch and back.

Lovely break.

Pros: Ideally situated for touring and golfing, on a very quiet well kept site. Chalet had everything that was needed, and was clean and comfortable.

Short stay in Dornoch

Pros: This site is so peaceful. The chalet was lovely \u0026 clean . We didnt cook food but the equipment was there if you chose to make your own meals.We totally relaxed. No noisy neighbours to keep you awake at night either. Everything we needed for a short break away. Local town of Dornoch is lovely with local shops, cafes \u0026 Dornoch cathedral . You think the cathedral is closed as the doors are shut but thats to preserve the building from the elements so remember to turn the handle. First day we thought it was closed which is why Im mentioning. Highly recommend \

Cons: A little further from town centre than we realised but this wasn't really a problem as we had our car. Probably couldve walked into town if weather hadn't been so changeable. Single beds are narrow but again it's a static caravan so no space for full size single beds. No dvd player as advertised (we d taken a few dvds to watch in the evenings) however this didn't affect our stay as we like to read \u0026 just chill watching a bit of TV before bed.

Cosy chalet, warm welcome

Pros: Very well organised, easy to book, warm welcome. Chalet decorated with obvious thought and and care, to a high standard of comfort and quality. Comfortable beds and really excellent shower. Spotlessly clean. Well located for A9 and Dornoch.

Cons: Not really anything to dislike. Pitgrudy is a central place to stay, good view of the firth from its slightly elevated position and a nice quiet place to relax at the end of the day.

Pros: Leuke rustige plek. We waren er voor de Highlandgames en daar kon je prima naartoe lopen. Verder is inchecken digitaal, maar prima geregeld. Hele ruime caravan met leuk terrasje.
