Perfect property, perfect village , perfect weather and a world class golf course. We had a great time.

Pros: The property is stunning if you are in this area it’s absolutely perfect. Whether you are a couple, family or 4 senior golfers like us this is the place to book. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, plenty space and about 4 minute walk to the village shops etc. Lots of incidentals you don’t always get that make for a great start. Eg milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar etc even the coffee machine was filled with beans ready to go. June \u0026 Alan we loved our stay at Orcadia and we hope to come back.

An ideal base to relax and enjoy Dornoch and the area

Pros: Spacious, very well equipped, immaculately clean - easy walk to centre of town, off street parking

Perfect home from home.

Pros: Great location just 5 mins walk from town centre. Enclosed rear garden. Comfortable bed. Everything appeared to be nearly new from kitchen, bathrooms. Good Wi-Fi. Good stock of utensils, pots \u0026 pans, crockery, condiments, etc.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

If you can live without ketchup, this is the best place to stay in Dornoch’

Pros: Nice quiet location, walking distance from the town and the golf – lovely and warm with a great kitchen/living area (plus a conservatory) and comfy spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite – which was just what we wanted

Great location and property - would highly recommend

Pros: Nice quiet location but still close to centre (5mins walk) with lovely private garden

Cons: Minor point but we didn't have an iron - think it may of been kept in owners room in error.

Pros: Super location, nice easy walk into town. Handy supermarket 5 minutes away. The beach is cracking 10 - 15 minutes away depending how fast one walks.

Cons: A small section of fence at the side of the property would enclose the back garden just to make it dog secure.

The only place you should consider staying

Pros: If you love golf, beautiful scenery then Dornoch is the place for you...Alan and June's house is the only place to seriously consider staying...amazing facilities, beautiful home within walking distance of Royal Dornoch. Ample parking too
