Pros: This has to be one of the best self-catering cottages we have ever stayed. The property is finished to an exceptional standard and has everything you need for a really relaxing stay

Pros: Ideal location for a getaway, very peaceful. Cottage in ideal location. Hosts, Gail and Mike very accommodating. Cottage was very homely.

Pros: Views, peaceful, stunning cottage with everything supplied to make a very comfortable stay. Owners are attentive and always at hand to assist with queries.

Cons: No shaver socket. No phone reception but wifi excellent.

Gorgeous cottage, wonderful location.

Pros: Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage. Spotlessly clean and fresh, very well equipped kitchen, comfy king sized bed and bedding. Didn’t use the second bedroom but looked just as good. French doors led out to a patio looking directly over the sea, we spent lots of time here relaxing and looking out for dolphins, we saw a pod and a Minke whale, lots of sea birds, stunning location. The cottage owners left a fab basket of treats and flowers for our arrival, such a lovely touch x

Family Break at Crooked Hythe Beach House

Pros: It was a complete getaway from it all location with a fantastic view of the rocky coast. We loved just sitting and looking out to sea and managed to see some bottlenose dolphins and some sea otters. One of the sea otters climbed onto a rock in direct view to eat it's catch. Nearby there is a lovely pub with a dining area and the food was really good. There are a few small beach areas for going into the sea as well.

Cons: Having to leave such a lovely cottage in such an ideal location.
