Braemar Lodge Cabins Not for profit

Pros: The location in Braemar and to the cairngorms and glenshee ski resort was perfect. The cabins were a good size as well, we had a 2 and a 6 but could comfortabele fit all 8 of us in the 6 man cabin for food and the evening. What was available at the cabins was also very good, kitchen was well stocked etc. Communication was very good and any questions we had they replied back quickly.

Clean with helpful staff

Pros: So impressed with both the property and the staff. The property was clean, spacious, filled with character and well located, which made the perfect base for our group ski holiday. One of us left keys at the property, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure these were returned.

Cons: Wasn’t thoroughly cleaned from previous occupants - found some socks and other things under bed

Pros: The cabin was fully equipped for what we needed. The location to Glenshee ski resort was fantastic - Braemar is a great little town with some nice sights, and places to eat and drink

Cons: The cabin was quite cold during our stay (mid February) even with the heaters, but manageable as they provided plenty of furs and blankets

The lodge is lovey and I will come back

Pros: The first thing I like the most is the location, it just takes 15 mins to get to Glenshee Snow Centre, as it’s at the north, we can avoid the busy way to the south. The lodge is light touched with some decorations, which is lovely and warm. The bathroom is clean and looks quite new. My husband is satisfied with the bathroom. 👍🏻

Cons: It doesn’t have dishwasher and hot water were not be enough for showers after we used hot water for washing dishes.

Peaceful, relaxed, casual

Pros: Gorgeous cosy cabin just a 5 minute walk from Braemar’s shops, pubs and cafes. It has been so lovingly furnished and decorated - everything has been thought of and then given and added personal touch. Stacey was amazing and let us have early access to the lodge because we’d had a horrendous night’s sleep on the sleeper ahead of arriving. We had two beautiful, peaceful days in Braemar (and managed an afternoon skiing at Glenshee too!). Would happily come back for a whole week just to live and work remotely from here :)

Pros: Location, all clean and fully prepared for guests.

Pros: Well placed with easy access to the area. Good accommodation and facilities for our needs.

Cons: A slightly fuller briefing pack would have been useful for sorting the television.

Convient, warm, dog friendly, cosy stay

Pros: Cute little rustic vibes, shower was great, kitchen very well equipped, close to ski slopes, lovely walk around. Oil heaters worked great in snowy cold weather.

Cons: Mattress abit uncomfortable.
