Meadowside Cottages

Pros: Loved the peaceful location. Kate was very friendly. The house was clean and comfortable enough. Furniture was a little dated, but still, did the job good enough

Cons: Could have done with some baking sheets for the oven.

Perfectly situated for exploring the highlands.

Pros: Excellent location for visiting top tourist attractions, situated right next to the Highland Wildlife Park. A host of attractions within 30 mins drive of accommodation. We visited the Highland Wildlife Park, working sheepdogs, Highland folk museum, Aviemore and the Cairngorms attractions. Accommodation was fully equipped and also has a bbq area on site.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Pros: located off entrance to Highland wildlife park, good play area for dogs and dog poo bin at field

Cons: fridge freezer door not latching a bit annoying, but did the job

Lovely break away from the city very quiet and tranquil good services and plenty of outdoor activities to do in the area

Pros: Quiet and cosy location nestled by a wildlife park was beautiful

Cons: The room we stayed in got really bright in the morning with the sun could use some blackout blinds as the sun was up at 4am

Meadowside cottages is ideally placed to tour the local area.

Pros: Location was easy to find and nice and quiet. A lovely stay.

Cons: nothing everthing went very well.

With the busstop close by made good use of it with a trip to Inverness

Pros: The location was good a five minute walk to a bus stop, twenty five minutes drive to cairngorms Loch Morlich area fifteen minutes drive to Aviemore ,next to the A9.

Cons: Nothing.

Great stay, loved it!

Pros: Calm and cozy. We loved watching the pheasants walking around the grounds. Good location. We had wifi directly in the cottage so no issue at all here. Remember to have some cash to pay for the electricity (for us it came up to 26£ for 6 nights in early may, we turned on the heaters quite a bit)

Cons: Its all nitpicking but here are a few things we missed. A rag for the dishes would have been nice. A few basic cooking goods (oil, salt...) would have been greatly appreciated. We would have loved a blanket for the couch too! The carpet had a bit of dust / dog hairs in it. Also some shampoo and soap in the shower would have been great. Again it's just nitpicking, this is a lovely place and totally worth it.

Pros: Lovely setting, friendly host who was happy to accommodate needs, spacious accommodation, great proximity to various attractions.

Cons: All great, but a washing machine would be a bonus.

Pros: Quiet location and good facilities in the property. Friendly owner.

Cons: Too much furniture/not enough space. The lounge/kitchen was cluttered, and I was constantly banging my legs on the coffee table, leading me to move some furniture into the corner. I also wasn't expecting to have to pay for electricity, in cash
