Pros: Spacious and comfortable for the family. Perfect location. The view is amazing.

Cons: Some of the furniture could do with an update.

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: The scenery was surreal. The mountain and river views on a snowy winter day is absolutely fantastic! Also, the chalet was equiped with anything needed for a short or long stay.

Wow views

Pros: we have stayed here before a few years ago. the reason we booked again was because of the new easy walk in shower and clean toiler area. A welcome improvement. the situation is amazing giving excellent views to Cairngorms and having wild life on your doorstep is a plus. bed was very comfy and generally cleanliness good.

Cons: first the oven lol it only has one heat fire hot and the grill also so looks like thermostat has gone. more pans would be good. better cleaning. the interior doors were dirty. I wiped them myself. updated lounge seating would be very welcome too as at present what's there is very dated and seen better days. overall the updates going in the right direction compared to when we first stayed at No 27.

Excellent accomodation in Aviemore!

Pros: Three bedrooms and spacious kitchen, living room and dining area were comfortable for our family of 5 (all adults). Location is perfect - private, tranquil and picturesque yet very near the centre of Aviemore and short drive to Cairngorm Mountains. Lodge is by the lake and offers mountain views and awesome dark skies for stargazing. Easy check-in process. Thank you, we enjoyed our Christmas in your lodge! We will definitely be back!

Cons: Property is excellent, however, cleanliness can be improved.

Pros: Location ideal as it is within a short walk to the Aviemore Centre. Good value for 6 people.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind which would have been an improvement.

Chalet with fantastic views

Pros: Spacious, great location with fantastic views. Could be a fantastic lodge with a little bit of modernisation, howeverwe did know this from the pictures. .

Cons: Cleanliness had to clear a lot of dead bugs and webs off the cooker and surrounding counters and furniture.

Great holiday home in a great location

Pros: Good size lodge in a great location overlooking the river.

Cons: Lodge is a little dated and could do with Wifi

Pros: From the moment we arrived to the moment we left was fabulous. The lodge was clean, comfortable, stunning situation, everything you could want provided. Lodge situated in a fab location right on river with so much wildlife on your doorstep, literally lol. We have not enjoyed a holiday more !! A hidden gem and will definitely return.

Pros: The chalet was cosy, clean and comfortable, offering g great views of the River Spey and Cairngorm mountains. We had a perfect family holiday here.
