Pros: Fantastic location, beautiful property with a nice mix of traditional and new features. Owners were lovely and helpful right from the beginning.

Pros: Cottage is beautiful. very comfortable, well stocked with everything you could ask for. Fab location, close to all parks and leisure activities for everyone. Owners were keen to help and responsive for any issues or queries. Will definitely book again, and recommend to friends.

Cons: Nothing. Couldn't find fault with anything.

Lovely house in great location for Aviemore adventures

Pros: Great location for family bike rides from the house. Bike shed a bonus! Huge living spaces. Very well equipped kitchen. Super comfy beds. Red squirrels in the garden (if you tempt them with some nuts!). Responsive host.

Cons: Some road noise in the garden. Be careful of the low ceilings around top of the staircase.

Pros: The Cottage was in lovely location, was very clean and spacious and was like a home from home. This is the best holiday let we've had in the many years of coming to Aviemore .

A super stay in a lovely cottage

Pros: We had an excellent stay at Coylumbridge cottage. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable; the showers strong and easily controllable. The cottage was very well resourced. The garden was great for the children to play in. The location was excellent - in walking distance of forests, lakes and mountain trails. A great week - thank you

Pros: Beautifully presented cottage . Lovely large garden with easy access and comfortable patio seating. Forest and river surrounding connecting us to nature us made it so special . Having ice ready in the fridge and coffee machine a real bonus.

Cons: Nothing really but need to be aware of the headspace upstairs - expected from the old cottage part.

Pros: It was spacious. Exceptionally well equipped and wonderful outdoor space. Location perfect.

Pros: The house was spacious and lovely, with a well-resourced kitchen, which made meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The property is located in close driving distance to start of many trails, a quick ride to the grocery, the railway, and other amenities in Aviemore. It has a nice well-kept lawn and patios with seating and tables, although the rainy weather kept us from enjoying those. We enjoyed catching up with Euro 2024 on the big-screen TV in the evenings after our daily excursions. The hosts were in touch with us before and during our stay to ensure that we were comfortable. The welcome tea cakes and shortbread cookies were much appreciated.

Pros: This cottage is a really lovely place to stay. It's very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a self catering holiday.
