An unexpected gem. Lovely property with comfortable room and great breakfast. Top place to stay.

Pros: Lovely property right on the cost. Spacious comfortable room. Hosts were very welcoming. Loved the bar. Breakfast was great and the room overlooking the sea was lovely. Lovely walk along coast from the property. Host gave great recommendations on where to eat

Very nice stay in a seaside hotel close to Inverness

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in this hotel which is located very close to the sea shore. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind, and we especially liked the time we spent in the sitting room near the fireplace.

Friendly, comfortable and welcoming.

Pros: Nothing was too much bother. We felt very comfortable around the property and loved the bar fire. Everything was enthusiastically and clearly explained on arrival. Our room was fantastic and the bed was so comfortable. We had a great breakfast that set us up for a day of golf. Thank you

Pros: When I arrived I was welcomed by Carol. I was a bit early but she checked to see if my room was ready then carried my case up to the room. The room was enough for one person and spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble and the same high standard of warmth and friendliness was shown to all the guests I saw her interact with. Breakfast was excellent too. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Beautiful building in a great location. The rooms were beautiful, staff were brilliant and the breakfast as amazing. Will def go back again, highly recommend.
