Pros: Location was ideal for city centre. Room was spotless and bed was comfy. Jamie and Heather ( hosts) made us feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble

Wonderful, delightful place to stay.

Pros: The whole feel of the accommodation was welcoming and cosy, with the added bonus of a lovely family running the place! From the moment we arrived, Jamie went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed for a great stay. Giving ideas and links to lovely places to visit too. We couldn't have asked for more on our short trip to Inverness!

Cons: Nothing, all was seamless, and all we needed it to be.

Pros: Inverness treated us well, and this B\u0026B was the perfect base camp. Tucked into a great location just a short stroll from the bars and restaurants, it meant evenings could unfold at their own pace without worrying about taxis or maps. Everything was right there, yet it still felt peaceful when we turned in for the night. The host was wonderfully friendly and chatty, the kind of person who makes you feel less like a booking and more like a returning friend. Plenty of local tips, easy conversation, and a genuinely warm welcome from start to finish. The room itself was very comfortable, spotless, and ideal for recharging after a day exploring the Highlands. And breakfast in the morning? Exactly what you want before heading out. Fresh, filling, and the perfect fuel for the day ahead.

5 star stay at Doric house

Pros: Location was brilliant, Jamie our host was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. He was also accomodating with a few requests we had. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom also very clean and shower was nice too. Having a good chat with Jamie at breakfast (which was also a really lovely spread) where he offered us lots of great advice about places to visit and general history of Inverness and Scotland.

Cons: My only complaint is that the bed was a little too soft for my liking but thats not even really a complaint.

Pros: The b \u0026 b was wonderful. Very clean in a peaceful neighborhood. Jamie and his family are very welcoming and made sure they helped us in every way possible and during the Xmas holidays. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend you to stay here.

Great option for Inverness!

Pros: Our host Jamie was great and full of ideas for what to do. The room was fine and the bed was comfy. We managed to see dolphins at the spot he recommended, which was unexpected but great.

Stay at Doric House

Pros: There must be a reason why we keep coming back to stay at Doric House. 1. Amazing hospitality and Friendly host 2. Clean rooms and shower (water pressure is great) 3. Convenient to every where we want to be around Inverness 4. Host, Jaime is like a Scottish Encyclopedia and have I mentioned an amazing person

Cons: I didn't like that I didn't like anything.

Excellent small B\u0026B with superb hosts.

Pros: Lovely small B\u0026B. Close to the centre. The hosts Jamie and Heather were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was continental but more than adequate for our needs.

Cons: Although the location was close to the centre and all amenities, there is a fairly steep hill coming back to the property, so if you struggle with walking you would need a taxi back. The shopping centre has an escalator and lift which when open makes it easier to get back as it by passes the steepest part of the hill. Despite this, we would highly recommend this B\u0026B and would definitely stay there again.
