Aleksandra and Piotr have the most perfect Boutique B\u0026B !

Pros: I liked the location, the traditional features, the views and the quality that Aleksandra and Piotr had added to their property. It’s a stunning place!

Cons: I would have to be extremely picky to say there was any wrong with Aleksandra and Piotr’s place, even then I think I would have to make something up!

Pros: Everything in the old manse of craggan is even more beautiful in person then the photos, the hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed or anything we wanted. I want to say thank you again for doing all the suprise stuff I wanted for the wife and will definitely be staying again.

Pros: This was a truly fairy‑tale stay.. unlike anything experienced before. From the moment of arrival it felt as if staying in dream manor, with an atmosphere that photos simply cannot capture. The whole experience was so unique that it is impossible to compare it with any other stay in our lives. The owners are absolutely wonderful, warm and genuinely caring. The breakfasts, lovingly prepared by the lady of the house herself, are nothing short of unbelievable and easily worthy of a royal table. Tell me, where else will the lord of the manor light a fire in the fireplace just to create a perfect atmosphere on a cold Scottish evening? As an airline pilot, many special places have been visited, but this stay is beyond words. No rating scale is high enough to express the level of satisfaction and gratitude for this experience. Still in absolute awe and would gladly return again and again; anyone is welcome to contact me personally for more details about this incredible place.

Warm Hosts, Beautiful Place, Perfect Stay

Pros: When I first saw the photos, I thought it might be too good to be true – but the reality was even better. The B\u0026B feels new, full of charm, and created with so much love and care. The surroundings are stunning, and Alex and Petter made us feel completely at home with their kindness and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was a real highlight – generous, fresh, and delicious. It truly felt like a special stay, one we’ll remember for a long time.

Pros: Absolutely outstanding, beyond 5 stars. One of the best places we've ever stayed in, gorgeous decor throughout with impeccable detail, from sumptuous materials and feature wall prints to the comfy four poster, gold trimmed heated mirror and egg shaped luxury bath. A next level breakfast with an incredible selection of beautiful homemade and local specialty treats from smoked fish and cheeses to jams and pastries, followed by a full Scottish with delicious homemade haggis and beans, the best bacon you've ever tasted, heritage tomatoes and a perfect poached egg. Owners are so lovely, left a charger behind by accident and they posted back to us the next day, brought us tea and snacks after a long journey and provided fresh milk, such a lovely couple, nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous Thai restaurant just 10 mins away. Can't recommend enough, we will be back! Thank you so much Piotr and Aleksandra!

Incredible place, beautiful couple of owners and overall a great time

Pros: Piotr and Aleksandra are incredible hosts, the property is fantastic, the view is amazing and the rooms are so beautiful. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast that will compete with any restaurant we tried in Scotland, Piotr and Aleksandra will do everything in their power to make you comfortable and happy

Cons: Everything was perfect, there's nothing to complain about! Just be mindful the entrance is a bit narrow, you need to be careful with the car (but really, nothing dramatic)

Old Manse of Craggan was exactly what we were hoping it would be! We thoroughly enjoyed our night!

Pros: The location is really lovely, not too far from Aberlour for dining options and the view from the garden/hot tub area was lovely. The only thing that could make it any better would be if it were slightly further back from the road, but this cannot be changed and it really didn't bother or impact us! We loved the decor, the luxuriousness of the room and bathrooms as well as the public areas. It has all been really beautifully done and makes it worth the extra £100 or so we paid over a standard hotel room in the area. It feels like something a bit special, which is exactly what we were looking for to celebrate a special occasion. The breakfast was incredible!

Cons: If anything breakfast was just a bit too much food. I felt like I wanted to eat more than I could haha! It would be good if you could put a couple of spare bowls/plates out on the buffet - I used a plate for my Greek yoghurt before I noticed there were bowls, and then there wasn't another plate for me. We were also missing cuttlery - there was only a (fish?) knife at each place setting. Finally, I would have appreciated being told that the delicious sourdough croissant bread was also going to be served with my eggs benedict. I ate a whole slice of it with the amazing rhubarb jam and it was the most delicious bread I ever tasted, but had I known another slice was coming with the eggs I would have probably only eaten a few bites of it. I couldn't eat anything else until 4pm that day haha! Really not a complaint, everything was just too delicious, but perhaps this is helpful feedback. I hope so!

We loved our stay!

Pros: The two wonderful, customer-oriented hosts, the very tasty welcoming treat, a very luxurious and rich breakfast, details of the decoration of the house, the cleanliness, the comfort of the room (including a fireplace), the possibility of sitting outside with a splendid view.

Cons: Nothing!
