Castle Grant Apartment

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Pros: Lovely apartment with all equipment and facilities

Cons: Communal hallway and stairs appeared a bit dated and grubby but apartment beautiful and spotless.

Good apartment let down by bad neighbours

Pros: Great neighbourhood location. Clean apartment with all the necessary amenities.

Cons: Neighbour in the building played drums (?) every night which vibrated the entire apartment. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but not the end of world.

Fantastic apartment, comfortable, spacious and quiet.

Pros: The apartment has everything we needed. Super quiet. Washing machine and clothes horse were handy. Good kitchen bench area to eat at. TV in lounge and bedroom. Walk to 2 good pubs less than 300mt. Free onsite parking. Soft towels. Comfortable furniture. Modern bathroom. Long mirror, plenty of hanging space and shelves. Good lighting.

Cons: I would like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel to make it perfect but it was not a big deal. The entrance to get to the apartment door is very rundown and I was extremely worried but then I opened the apartment door and it is lovely.

Beautiful and compleet appartement, walking distance to the centre

Pros: Beautiful a appartement. Well located (10-12 minute walk to the centre of Inverness). Nice big bed. Fully equipped kitchen.

Pros: It was a nice place to stay ,recommend this apartment ,a nice host. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The only thing .. was no aircondition or a fan ,in these hot days .

Pros: Great location, with carpark. Spacious flat - we loved it here. Good pubs and cafes nearby and a short walk down the hill to town.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The apartment itself was absolutely stunning! Well maintained and clean with almost everything you need. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on. The apartment is within close walking distance to restaurants, bakery, everything you need really and is in a beautiful suburb. The host was easy to chat to and incredibly helpful and very responsive from the moment we booked. This apartment was well set up and we felt right at home. The little addition of biscuits and jams was lovely to. The apartment was spotless and clean.

Cons: There wasn't anything I can say I didn't like other than the people upstairs were rather inconsiderate and very loud every night, but they did settle down and this is not something the owner can really do much about as she doesn't own that apartment. I would put in a few recommendations however - possibly let people know that they will need to climb stairs with their suitcases - for us we had 4 weeks' worth of clothing in our suitcases as we are travelling through areas and this was a big ask and if older or have mobility issues, this will be a huge issue. I would highly recommend a washing machine/dryer combo or even a pedestal fan to help with drying of clothes as we found drying our clothes near impossible. In the shower, possibly somewhere to be able to put your shampoo's conditioners (none were provided) and soaps so you don't have to bend down to pick these up (anyone with back issues, elderly would find this quite difficult). These are however MINOR, and I would highly recommend going to this apartment - its well worth it!

Ideal location, comfortable and clean accommodation which helped us to enjoy Inverness

Pros: A very comfortable apartment equipped with all necessities for short stay, there were some nice personal touches including hair straighteners for my wife! Location was a bonus, close to a couple of restaurants and independent cafes and a short distance to the River Ness and the centre of town, well within walking distance. The host was very helpful with pre arrival information. Thank you

Excellent place to stay

Pros: Lovely modern apartment in close proximity to the centre (10 mins to train/bus station). Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. I’d definitely stay again.
