Stylish apartment in the heart of Inverness

Pros: Very well equipped.Good location. Comfortable and cosy.

Cons: Duvet on bed not big enough.

Ideal for short stay

Pros: Small-town area. The property is easy to reach on foot. In theory there is a bus service nearby, but in practice everything is within a 15-minute walking distance — including the railway station. The river and nature are also close. The neighbourhood is quiet. The apartment is overall well equipped. Surprisingly, every window had at least a blackout curtain. The internet connection is Openreach 76/15 Mbps which is kinda okay if you stay inside. Everything matched the description basically.

Cons: Unfortunately, there were a few minor inconveniences. There was heating, but the thermostat controls are not very intuitive. Hot water is provided by small water heaters, which are not very efficient, but the main issue is their usability. The one in the kitchen heated water rather slowly — sometimes we had to wait 3–4 minutes. The bathroom unit, due to its operating principle, reduces water pressure: higher temperature = lower pressure. These are British peculiarities, but of the more inconvenient kind. The bed is not very high, and the mattress was very soft. We initially had problems with the internet connection, as there was basically no bandwidth at first use. My partner double-checked the provider’s device and its cables. After that the connection was restored, so it is likely that one of the cables or connectors is faulty and should be checked by the service provider.

Lovely apartment, definitely staying again when in area with work

Pros: It was clean, warm and had great facilities also had a big smart tv which was brilliant

Pros: It was a great experience staying here! Great facilities and loved that there was milk in the fridge and other cooking materials (ie salt and pepper, oil) that I could use. Cozy vibe and great location to town and Loch Ness. Super accessible on foot and hosts were amazing.

Cosy apartment

Pros: The apartment was clean, cosy and very comfortable had everything we needed for our stay. It was very central, and lovely walk along the river Ness and near all the shops, bars and restaurants. Dawn was very helpful and obliging with a couple of queries we had. Would not hesitate to return and recommend to family and friends. Had a lovely weekend.

Pros: Great location, only 5 minutes from the river view and 10 minutes from the town.

Cons: Suggestion for improvement: since we were not traveling as a couple, a second blanket would have been appreciated
